Hamilton's tyres look in pretty good condition.

I think Mercedes' pace is very strong. Obviously Verstappen is a bit quicker on the newer tyres but they're still consistently running in the 1:16s so as long as they can keep doing that they should be ok.
The gap between team-mates Lewis Hamilton and George Russell is 3.784secs. The seven-time world champion is leading the field on those medium tyres he's been pounding around the Zandvoort circuit since lights out.
Lap 24 and down at the back the McLaren of Daniel Ricciardo and the Aston Martin of Sebastian Vettel are struggling to push themselves further up the field. The Australian is in 18th spot, the German four-time world champion is one place higher in 17th.

"We are still on Plan A."
What letter is Ferrari's plan this week? It's still plan A, says Carlos Sainz over team radio.
Red Bull pit stop. It's race leader Max Verstappen. Medium tyres, comes out in third place.
Lewis Hamilton is now in front, George Russell in second. Neither of the Mercedes drivers have stopped yet.

Rachel T: "As a HAM fan I’ll take that, but WHAT ON EARTH are Ferrari doing? Even pit stops are beyond them. So bad."
"Tyres are not great."
Charles Leclerc is into the pits. A much better stop for the Monegasque driver and he's out in over two seconds. Leclerc comes out in fourth place with a set of mediums bolted on.
