This is superb racing between the two Ferraris, seeing team-mates battle like this for a podium in Monza, their home race is really just brilliant to watch.

Lap 49 and Carlos Sainz stays ahead of Charles Leclerc. Lap 50 and the Spaniard has his nose in front still.

With his five-second penalty, Lewis Hamilton has passed Alex Albon for sixth place but will he be able to keep that spot?
Ding, ding, round two for the Ferraris. Carlos Sainz locks up as Charles Leclerc beats down his door like the tax man once again. The Scuderia cannot afford to have their drivers take each other out and Sainz pleads with his pit wall to keep things clean.

Now it's time for Carlos Sainz to duke it out with his own team-mate. Charles Leclerc shuffles up into second place but the Monegasque driver doesn't quite offer the same attacking prowess Sainz has faces in the previous laps. By the time lap 47 is complete, Sainz has pushed his way into the the final podium place once again.

More back-and-forth between Carlos Sainz and Sergio Perez. The Ferrari finds himself in front once again but the Red Bull finally makes the move stick. It's now a Red Bull one-two at the Italian Grand Prix.
Lap 45/51
Sergio Perez is going again on Carlos Sainz. The Red Bull driver tries to go around the outside of the Ferrari but the Spaniard shuts the door firmly once again, forcing Perez to go off the track.
Perez is now in second but he complains Sainz is "not leaving any room".

Perez has got to force the issue more on braking, he's getting close but he's not able to stamp on the brakes and really force the issue at Turn One.

Meanwhile, the scrap for second is getting spicy between Carlos Sainz and Sergio Perez. Both drivers are accusing each other of naughty tactics and Perez's engineer says Red Bull have reported Sainz's behaviour.

It was Hamilton there pinching across from Piastri opening up the inside for the second chicane, then there was the contact, Hamilton actually did well to save it and not end up in the wall.

Oscar Piastri said on the team radio Lewis Hamilton "turned across" him "under braking". The McLaren driver has dropped down to 14th place.

The McLaren of Oscar Piastri looks like it is carrying damage. Lewis Hamilton is ahead of the Australian now as Piastri comes into the pits to repair his front wing.

Lewis Hamilton and Oscar Piastri touch! The two have been battling each other for some laps and the pair make contact!

Perez is one second back from Sainz, he will probably get DRS on the next attempt, he will be too far back to make a move but he will still start to mount the pressure with 12 laps to go, that's for second place.
