Lewis Hamilton makes a smooth move on Fernando Alonso and is now in that ninth spot previously occupied by the Spaniard only a few seconds ago.

The seven-time world champion is on the medium tyres now but can't quite jump the Aston Martin of Fernando Alonso.
Hamilton is 10th, Alonso stays in ninth but the Briton is concerned about the length of the stint he has to do on the yellow rubber.

That looked like more than slight contact between the two McLarens, Norris had the undercut, McLaren gave him that opportunity as he's been following his rookie team-mate for a long time. Piastri tried to fight back late on the brakes on the first corner and just bundled into the sidepod of his team-mate and I think they got away with that.

The Mercedes man is hit with a five-second time penalty for leaving the track and gaining an advantage during a tussle with the Alpine of Esteban Ocon.

Lewis Hamilton is picked off by the Red Bull of Max Verstappen for the race lead.
The Dutchman is back on track for a 10th consecutive race victory.

Where does Sergio Perez rejoin? Seventh, is the answer, as the two Ferraris move up the order to fifth and sixth.
Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris and one and two but the McLaren drivers are yet to pit.

Forget racing a Red Bull, the two Ferraris boys are now battling each other out on track after those pit stops.
Sergio Perez comes in from the lead and the Mexican driver is out in rapid time.

Charles Leclerc is also making his way in to the pits with a 2.3-second stop. Max Verstappen also heads in for a change and is now in sixth place.

Alex Albon in the Williams the first of the top 10 drivers to pit taking the hard tyre and switching off that medium tyre. It's going to be interesting to see how this undercut performs, let's see where he can work his way up to on that new hard tyre.

Oscar Piastri is up into sixth place with his McLaren team-mate Lando Norris wanting him to hurry up behind in seventh.
The pit lane is ready for two drivers, Carlos Sainz and George Russell come in for new tyres.
Sainz rejoins the track after a slowish stop and comes out behind the Alfa Romeo of Valtteri Bottas in nith place.

Charles Leclerc is now chasing his team-mate Carlos Sainz for second place. The Spaniard is on the Ferrari team radio to say his medium tyres are done.
"I'm just a lot quicker, Oscar needs to pick up the pace."

This will surprise no-one, but Max Verstappen is already 1.5 seconds up the road from Carlos Sainz.
