Spieth falters late on but leads by one on -3
American led by four at one stage
Kaufman -2; Langer, Matsuyama -1
D Johnson, Willett, Day all level
McIlroy on +2 after a 77
Windy and tough pins on day three
Tom Fordyce and Jonathan Jurejko
Casey +4 after 16
Delightful downhill putt from Paul Casey, the ball having a good exploration of the perimeter of the hole before toppling in.
The seventh playing as the hardest hole on the course today, and Spieth might need another of his international rescue putts after his drive - right again, into the trees. Rory down the middle.
Just four players under par today, and only four players under par overall. August-agh.
-5: Spieth (5)
-2: McIlroy (5),
-1: Matsuyama (7), Piercy (6)
Selected others: Par: Langer (10) Day (10), D Johnson (9), Willett (8) +2: Westwood (14), DeChambeau (a) +3: Rose (17), Wood (12), Garcia (7) +5: Casey (14), Donaldson (16) Lowry (8).
-2 on 6
McIlroy from 26 feet, slightly uphill and he can have a crack at this - alas, left it shy. Par in the bag, but will remain five shots off Spieth, who tickles in a real knee-knocker of a par putt from six feet.
Matsuyama (-1 after 7)
Hideki Matsuyama needs a deft touch of the brush on the seventh green. A 30-foot(ish) downhill putt require a little flick of the wrist, too heavy could end in a big splodge on the scorecard. What a thing of beauty. He guides his ball to a few inches, taps in for a par. He stays four behind our leader Spieth.
Didn't believe us (see 20:47 entry) when we said Billy's ball was blown off the green by the wind?
Here it is...
Horschel ball blown into water

"It has all been a little scrappy for Spieth but his score says one under par and that is outstanding."
Spieth -5, McIlroy -2
Both Spieth and McIlroy struggling to find their best, and they're short again on the fifth, maybe a club short. Much better with the putters, up and along and to within a few feet for the pars.
Quite a trick from Rory to play exactly the same shot as Jordan and bounce his ball off the grandstand...
Lucky breaks for Spieth and McIlroy
Kjeldsen 0 after 6
Cheeky birdie from Soren on the par three sixth. All about the approach, parachuted it in to four feet.
Langer (level after 10)
He's the man of the moment. Well in our eyes anyway. Bernhard Langer steams one up the slope on the 10th....it's going...it's going...nope, his 31-footer hasn't gone. Slides past the drain, tap-in for par.

Bill Bows: No frills, no ego, no strut, but Jordan Spieth looks a class above at the moment.
Sean McGreal: Spieth coming out early with the big shots. Mcilroy needs to respond.
It's 14 years since a world number one won the Masters. Jason Day with a birdie chance on the 10th to go one under... no, comes up short, chin drops to chest.
Willett (level after 7)
Who's this coming up the rails? It's Danny Willett! The Yorkshire lad has gone all Milk Tray Man on us, dressed head to toe in black. After a dark start to his round, he has downed birdies on six and seven. Smooth. He's back in that ever-growing level-par pack, alongside the likes of Langer, Day, Dustin Johnson and Snedeker.
Three birdies on the bounce for golf's foremost Forest fan, 12, 13 and 14 all getting a wagging finger from the Worksop native.
Langer (level after 9)
One for me, one for you. It's like Bernhard Langer and Augusta are sharing penny chews out of a bag. After the German birdies the eighth, Augusta takes one back on the next. Quite a little group forming at even steven.

"Two adventurous threes but threes they were."
Spieth -5 after four, McIlroy -2
Decent recoveries from the young bucks, chipping over the bunker from the back, rolling in a squeaky putt apiece. As you were.
