    Look at that sky! I'm sure Diane hasn't enhanced it with an Instagram filter.

    It is almost as bright as Rory McIlroy's final day outfit. A bright yellowy-orange top - like a classic Netherlands top that has faded in the wash - with the same coloured trim on his golf shoes.

    Most of the final day pairings are already out on the course, with just the main men still to walk out onto that first tee.

    We've already seen a couple of low scores in the Birkdale sunshine - Australian Aaron Baddeley carding a day-best 64 - which will give plenty of encouragement to the leaders.

    Is it going to be a procession to the trophy for the young American? Or can compatriot Matt Kuchar - at the opposite end of the golfing age scale - throw a spanner in the works?
