  1. Koepka maintains leadpublished at 22:04 British Summer Time 12 August 2018

    B Koepka -14, A Scott -12 (10)

Brooks Koepka is grinding. He manages to chip out of the sand at 10 and tee up a very makeable par putt, which the leader then pops in to stay at 14 under.

Adam Scott suddenly comes into view with his third birdie in four holes. Now he's just two shots away from his playing partner.

    T Pieters -12 (16)

As we suspected Thomas Pieters is swimming in the lateral on the 17th. And that has drowned his hopes of a first major.

    T Woods -11 (11)

Woods leaves his approach out on the edge of the green. Oh my...

He rolls it right up to the cup and it's almost leaning into the hole, how has that not dropped? A gust of wind and it would have been another birdie on the 14-time major champion's card.

    Extraordinary.

A good day's work for England's Tyrrell Hatton....

    B Koepka -14 (9)

Brooks Koepka lands his drive at 10 on the fairway only to see it bounce into the rough - what can he do from there?

Near enough finds the green, only to muster some unwanted spin as it trickles away down a bank and finds the bunker.

  7. Birdie for Lowrypublished at 21:57 British Summer Time 12 August 2018

    J Thomas 12, S Lowry -10 (13)

Loves pastel chinos, Justin Thomas. Salmon pink the other day, mint green for the final round. He has to two-putt for par at the 13th.

What a birdie from playing partner Shane Lowry! A real long-ranger, curling into the middle of the cup. Fist-pump worthy for the Irishman, who's flown his dad over to watch as he feared it might be his last major, given current form.

Well Lowry senior would have loved that.

    T Pieters -12 (16)

Thomas Pieters with his driver on the 17th tee... birdie-par-par so far this week. Uh oh. He's gone after this one too much and pushed it right.

So far right that playing partner Brandon Stone has his arm outstretched to warn those loitering in that area. And so far right that the water hazard running along that side is ready to gulp down his ball...

    That looks wet to us.

Lay up from Tiger Woods at the short, par-four 11th. Not keen to try and take on the creek...

Our media centre is right next to the ninth green and I've never heard a roar as loud as when Tiger Woods knocked in his birdie putt. When Brooks Koepka holed his, it was nowhere near as loud.

The star of the show at Bellerive seems to be Tiger, not Brooks.

Outside birdie chance for Tiger Woods, looking at a long, downhill putt from the heart of the green. Doesn't quite have the wheels, par it is.

  12. Birdie for Pieterspublished at 21:49 British Summer Time 12 August 2018

    T Pieters -12 (16)

    Never. In. Doubt.

Thomas Pieters casually knocks in that birdie put on 16th for his third on the trot.

Six under for the day and, most importantly, 12 under for the tournament. The Belgian moves alongside Justin Thomas in tied second.

  13. Thomas saves parpublished at 21:47 British Summer Time 12 August 2018

    J Thomas -12 (12)

Great scrambling from Justin Thomas to save par after finding himself in the rough and then over-hitting the green.

He trickles in a tidy mid-range putt to stay within touching distance.

    T Pieters -11 (15)

Oh hello! Thomas Pieters has ANOTHER birdie chance on the par-three 16th. The man is cooler than a cucumber that has been in your fridge for a few days. Another effortless long iron pitches just to the right of the hole and leaves the Belgian with a nine footer for a two...

  15. Birdie for Koepkapublished at 21:45 British Summer Time 12 August 2018

    B Koepka -14 (9)

No problem for Brooks Koepka from the fairway-side bunker, coaxing an approach into the middle of the green and teeing up a birdie chance from six or seven feet.

    Down it goes!

    The lead grows to two.

    J Rahm -10, R Fowler -8 (8)

Jon Rahm is scrambling on the ninth after going to play in the sand from his tee shot. It's not as much fun in there as a day out on Cleethorpes beach let me tell you.

But the Spaniard makes the most of it, leaving him with a long birdie putt which ends up about 10 feet short.

Jingle jangle... Rahm keeps his nerve to hold. Playing partner Rickie Fowler is showing no signs of a recovery yet, still one over for the day after that one blemish on the fifth in a birdieless front nine.

Polite young chap, Justin Thomas. But he'll be cursing to himself after that pitch out of the rough as it skips on beyond the green.

    B Koepka -13 (8)

Justin Thomas attempted to drive the green at the par-four ninth at few minutes ago, but Brooks Koepka plays safe with an iron down the fairway - but misses and finds the sand instead.
