    Gaelic football at its finest. It had absolutely everything you can imagine from a game. Those two sets of players first and foremost deserve an unbelievable amount of credit for the way they showed up and the way they played today.

    We mixed the sublime with the not sublime. That was the sort of game it was. The initial feeling is bittersweet, obviously relieved to get through. We've got a lot to work on and, it goes without saying after watching last night, if we perform like that we've no chance next week. We've a lot of work to do in not much time.

    Exhausted Tyrone have somehow stumbled over the line.

    Coldrick played 40 seconds over the two minutes of stoppage time but Cavan couldn't get a shot away and their long wait for an Ulster Championship win over Tyrone goes on.

    How on earth Tyrone will be fit to play an Ulster semi-final in seven days time? Sharp shooters McCurry and Darragh Canavan went off in extra time with what appeared to be cramp and they are too wrecked to celebrate this win.

    They've trudged off the field immediately with no interest in celebrating the win on the pitch with family and friends.

    Who wants it more? Who's cool in those situations when you need to get a shooter on the ball? It's been such a brilliant game of Gaelic football, it's had absolutely everything. We expect a titanic finish but the players are completely zapped at this stage.
