They need to settle down, bring the energy down, cool the temperature down. For me, Tyrone it'll be about their attitude. What are they thinking? What are they feeling? What are they going after? That was not good enough. That game should have been dead and buried after the third quarter.

  10. 'Tyrone slowed that down too much'published at 17:45 British Summer Time 21 April

2-10 in the second half is some kicking from Cavan. The crowd really got behind them but, I have to say, Tyrone slowed that game down too much. They played at a pedestrian pace in the second half.

  11. 'They didn't blink'published at 17:42 British Summer Time 21 April

I have to give an unbelievable amount of credit to Cavan. When they started to get success, they didn't blink. They kept on rolling and rolling. They gained momentum, the crowd got involved. Those last 15 minutes were brilliant Ulster Championship football.

  12. 'Tyrone went to pieces'published at 17:42 British Summer Time 21 April

FT: Cavan 3-14 Tyrone 1-20 (Extra-time to come)

    Orla Bannon
BBC Sport NI at Breffni Park

Tyrone went to pieces after Hampsey's black card, conceding 2-1 and only scoring 0-1 in the 10 minutes they were down to 14 players.

Cavan did seem to be winning their frees easier with two soft frees in the mad closing moments, though Michael McKernan's brainless foul when Tyrone were on attack also cost his team.

Cavan have not led this game since the sixth minute and Tyrone will wonder how they let an eight-point lead slip, but the home crowd have got right behind their team and it was an exciting final quarter.

Jim McGuinness and Donegal must be watching on and rubbing their hands together.

They'll not only get an extra day of rest, but they're watching their semi-final opponents go through extra-time in the first nice weather we've had all year.

Michael Murphy has just said "that's some kicking from Cavan".

With 2-10 in the second 35 minutes (plus a bit), that an understatement. That was some comeback.

Every single Cavan player is in the Tyrone half.

They're showing patience in possession, but they need a score!
