If you're just waking up - and I don't know why you would be - you missed two medals for Great Britain in the pool.
Adam Peaty broke his own world record to win gold in the 100m breaststroke, and then Jazz Carlin had the swim of her life to take silver in the women's 400m free. Katie Ledecky put in a swim of the ages to win that one in a huge world record.

Jazz Carlin on BBC One: "I can't believe it. I'm on the edge of tears. It was a tough race and I was trying to stick in there because Ledecky was so fast. I can't believe the time as well. I am so happy.
"Four years ago I was watching from the sidelines but this time I have a medal.
"It was pretty special watching Adam win gold but I am gobsmacked. "
