Worth another watch as Jazz Carlin followed up Peaty's gold with a silver for Team GB.
He looks calm, relaxed, vindicated.
Adam Peaty has been told he would win this gold medal for a long time. He delivered, and now it hangs around his neck.

Adam Peaty broke his own world record to win gold in the 100m breaststroke, and then Jazz Carlin had the swim of her life to take silver in the women's 400m free. Katie Ledecky put in a swim of the ages to win that one in a huge world record.
