Next up for GB? The beam.

Ellie Downing kicks off the second rotation. Oh no! She falls. But Downie regains her composure to resume, ending up with a score of 13.366.

A huge sigh from the teenager as she trudges back to her team. A huge hug from a member of the GB coaching staff greets her. Forget about it Ellie.

It's not been a great regatta so far for Britain's Bryony Shaw in the women's windsurfing, but one sailor who is flying is Lilian de Geus from the Netherlands and she's causing a stir among her friends and family, who are out in force.

She started today fourth and remains there after two third places and a seventh today. It's got her brother Steven and twin sister Esther dreaming of a medal in Lilian's first Olympics. "She's got a lot of confidence, having performed well at the test event here last year," Esther says.

If she does make the podium, I have a sneaky feeling these lot will know how to celebrate it, too.

The pool is not the colour anyone was expecting, a snotty green rather than azure blue. It'll be interesting to know the divers' thoughts after competition is over.

Wonderful dive! Yes! The girls are bang on the money. The synchronicity is good on spin speed, it's good on going into the water at the same time - there's just a bit of difference in distance from the board.

There we go! Great Britain have been ticking along nicely so far but they've just pulled out their best dive of the final so far, scoring 75.60 with their Forward 3½ Somersault.

Very much in the mix at the halfway point.

Half-an-hour into this final and still we are none the wiser as to why the pool is green. Anyone want to channel their inner-Columbo and offer up some reasons why?

    Women's team all-around final

Decent start for the British girls. All three come away from the uneven bars unscathed. Just as well as all three scores count, remember.

Ruby Harrold bags 14.833 and Ellie Downie, thankfully fully recovered after a bad fall yesterday, earns 14.633.

Then it is the turn of Ellie's big sister Becky - the two-time European champion.

She earns a score of 15.400, giving them a total of 44.866. That puts them third after the opening rotation.

Greece's Anna Korakaki has beaten Germany's Monika Karsh to claim gold in the women's 25m pistols final.

Korakaki, 19 was pushed to a seventh series by her 34-year-old opponent after missing a shot for gold.

However, Korakaki held her nerve to add gold to the bronze medal that she won in the 10m pistol event on Sunday - her country's first medal.

Switzerland's Heidi Diethelm Gerder beat Zhang JingJing 8-4 in the bronze medal play-off.

All of the gaps in the scores are very closeable. Anything over 70 points in the upcoming dives and anything over 90 is mind-blowingly good.
