These inflatables pop up everywhere with rugby and hockey in close proximity at Deodoro. This one gets his own seat. To be fair, there's plenty of room in here.

When the eye in the sky makes its way near fans they get giddy. Everyone wants to be on TV and in the absence of any goals, why not?

Maddy on the left and Emma have come from Sydney to support Emma's brother who is in the Aussie team. Don't worry, there's an inflatable kangaroo nearby too, you're never too far away from one in Deodoro.

I was lucky enough to be at the final at London 2012 and see Kerri Walsh Jennings win her third straight gold alongside Misty May-Treanor. Tremendous names. Tremendous Games.

Great Britain do well to deny Australia a penalty corner before a gold and green shirt slaps a shot wide of the net. It's half-time and it's still 0-0.

  10. The medal rushpublished at 01:05 British Summer Time 11 August 2016

If you are just having one more scan before bed, God bless you.

You may have missed one of the SIX (Six) medals that Great Britain won on Wednesday in Rio.

Here's a recap. All time BST.

1654: Tour de France champion Chris Froome started the medal rush in the men's individual time trial, overcoming a tricky course in wet conditions to claim bronze.

1929: Steven Scott then beat team-mate Tim Kneale to win the bronze medal in the men's double trap, the 31-year-old from Sussex winning 30-28 and giving Britain a second shooting bronze of the Games after Ed Ling finished third in the trap on Monday.

1944: Just 15 minutes later, Joe Clarke claimed gold in the K1 canoe slalom, the 23-year-old from Staffordshire producing a flawless run to win in 88.53 seconds.

2041: Sally Conway had endured the disappointment of losing her semi-final in the -70kg judo category, but bounced back to beat Austria's Bernadette Graf of Austria to secure bronze.

2113: Jack Laugher and Chris Mears then won Britain's second gold of the day, diving to glory in the men's synchronised three metres springboard event at the Maria Lenk Aquatics Centre.

2240: And Max Whitlock rounded off a superb day with bronze in the men's all-around gymnastics final, Britain's first since 1908. The 23-year-old excelled on the pommel horse - his favourite piece of apparatus - but also produced an excellent floor routine to secure third place.

What's wrong with the Brazilian football team?

This was supposed to be the tournament where Brazil got their fans back on side. Instead, they seem to be digging themselves further into the hole.

Even Fiji has scored a goal in this tournament. They have not been able to reproduce what they have been working on in training. They move the ball so badly, there is too much space between the lines of the teams. It looks like Zombie football. You can compare it to the Thriller video.

This is a young side and they need Neymar to be a calming influence. He hasn't been and there is a lot of pressure on him tonight.
