Three medal hopes for GB
Will Chloe Tutton see her life change this evening?
Chloe Tutton and Molly Renshaw both impressed on Wednesday night to qualify strongly for the women's 200m breaststroke final (02:17 BST).
They are flanked by some of the world's best but will be hopeful of stepping on that podium.
GB's other medal hope in the pool this fine evening comes with Dan Wallace in the men's 200m individual medley (03:01 BST). Just the small matter of Michael Phelps and Ryan Lochte to get past first...
GB 2-0 Japan
A superb finish from Nicola White bags Great Britain a second. Japan's keeper did well to deny GB a penalty but White volleyed home the rebound with superb precision.
Time to head over to the pool...

Laura Neely: The only silver lining of Glandular fever... late night Olympics viewing. No #AlarmCall needed here
Kate Thurlow: #AlarmCall it's all about the tea and toast! :D worked for every night so far! #BringOnTheGreat
Japan 0-2 GB
That is a brilliant improvised finish! Crista Cullen has her penalty corner well saved but Nicola White is able to meet it, well above head height, to bury it with a smash that Pistol Pete Sampras himself would be pleased with.
You do not save those
Japan 0-1 GB
Great Britain just can't get this second goal. Six minutes left and they force another penalty corner.
How will the Fiji players celebrate winning gold in the rugby sevens?
With a massive greasy burger of course.
Josua Tuisova: "I want to take a holiday with the family and eat carbs and stuff."
Osea Kolinisau: "McDonald's. We've been seeing it in the (Olympic) Village but we weren't allowed to go. The boys have been saying, 'OK, you stay there, McDonald's. When we finish here we are coming for you.' I'm really looking forward to having a Big Mac right now."
Japan 0-1 GB
Another goal ruled out for GB as Crista Cullen absolutely thwacks a penalty corner into the back of the net. But it's too high.

It must be nearly NFL season...
Japan 0-1 GB
The video ref says the ball hit a GB body in the circle. CONTROVERSY.
Japan 0-1 GB
GB have not been good tonight but they are heading for a fourth straight win as Helen Richardson-Walsh sweeps home powerfully. Pick that one out.
It goes to a video referral - and it's ruled out!
GB are climbing the ranks. Sixteen medals in total now, four golds.

Booked a honeymoon that was a few days too long? I hear you George.
Women's 200m breaststroke final (02:17 BST)
Steve Parry
Olympic bronze medal swimmer
Britain's Molly Renshaw and Chloe Sutton - I'm just hoping one of them can get a medal. They're absolutely on fire. If they get a medal Britain are going to obliterate anything we've done in the pool over the last 50 years.
