Chloe Tutton and Molly Renshaw both impressed on Wednesday night to qualify strongly for the women's 200m breaststroke final (02:17 BST).

They are flanked by some of the world's best but will be hopeful of stepping on that podium.

GB's other medal hope in the pool this fine evening comes with Dan Wallace in the men's 200m individual medley (03:01 BST). Just the small matter of Michael Phelps and Ryan Lochte to get past first...

A superb finish from Nicola White bags Great Britain a second. Japan's keeper did well to deny GB a penalty but White volleyed home the rebound with superb precision.

    Japan 0-2 GB

That is a brilliant improvised finish! Crista Cullen has her penalty corner well saved but Nicola White is able to meet it, well above head height, to bury it with a smash that Pistol Pete Sampras himself would be pleased with.

How will the Fiji players celebrate winning gold in the rugby sevens?

With a massive greasy burger of course.

Josua Tuisova: "I want to take a holiday with the family and eat carbs and stuff."

Osea Kolinisau: "McDonald's. We've been seeing it in the (Olympic) Village but we weren't allowed to go. The boys have been saying, 'OK, you stay there, McDonald's. When we finish here we are coming for you.' I'm really looking forward to having a Big Mac right now."

Britain's Molly Renshaw and Chloe Sutton - I'm just hoping one of them can get a medal. They're absolutely on fire. If they get a medal Britain are going to obliterate anything we've done in the pool over the last 50 years.
