Britain are racking up a golden collection but if you miss Team GB's finest moments, we have all the highlights here
I suspect Wiggins, Doull, Burke and Clancy will refuel before that final, so that's exactly what I'm going to do. Here's Tom Rostance...

BBC Sport in Rio
This pair certainly stand out in Rio. English - or rather - British gentlemen Will Howard and Nick Lynch, resplendent in the sharp suits, bowler hats and Union Flag ties are experiencing an Olympic velodrome for the first time.
Howard, from London, told me: "We couldn't get tickets for cycling in London so it's great to be here tonight, with Sir Bradley in action. There are so many British fans in the velodrome, you'd think this was a home Games.
Lynch added: "We've got tickets for 30 events. We saw the GB men on the rugby sevens yesterday and GB beat Argentina in hockey. We're off to the Athletics later for Super Saturday.
"It's chaos over here but we're really enjoying it!"

GB level it up
That is more like it!
Sam Ward bravely slides in to make it 1-1.
GB have since had an Ashley Jackson goal ruled out for a deflection, but they're in with a chance.
Four minutes left in the second quarter at Deodoro.
Oh dear. Russia's Nadezhda Bazhina loses her footing on the springboard forcing her to not take off correctly. Watch as she splashes out in the women's 3m springboard preliminary.

The Great Britain team don't even look particularly stressed, they have just rode a world record race.
That final, remember, is just after 22:30. Before that, there are more heats in the women's team sprint and the men's individual sprint, where Callum Skinner and Jason Kenny will be on the track once more.

When you look at that time, unless something strange happens, you have got to look at GB for the gold medal now.

Mr H: Australia, forget it. GB team pursuit gold nailed on! This just gets better and better. AWESOME!!!
Carole Ford: Cycling team pursuit. Fandabadoozy!
Sam Holloway: Wiggins et al are OFFICIALLY faster than my low-fat microwave pasta bolognaise. A new world record!

They didn't have to do that (go for world record) it was just a matter of winning the race.
You have got to expect they will do a 3:49 in the final if they recover from that ride.

I think GB had to work so hard they got to the last kilometre and they thought they might as well see what can do. It was a much more controlled ride.
It wasn't given to them at all, they rode much more smoothly.
Men's team pursuit
And the world record record has gone. Again! 3:50.570 seconds. Great Britain are through to the final of the men's team pursuit. Sir Bradley Wiggins will race for an eighth Olympic medal and his place in British sporting history. Australia await at about 22:30. Do not miss it.
