Great Britain's Justin Rose remains out in front on 10 under par through the 10th hole, in the third round of the men's golf.
Earlier, the 2013 US Open champion hit two eagles off the opening five holes to take the lead.
Australia's world number 90 Marcus Fraser, who led overnight, is a shot further back on nine under at the half-way stage of his round.
But the hottest players on the course have been wearing the red, white and blue of the U S of A.
Rickie Fowler has carded a seven-under round to move up to three under overall, while Bubba Watson is five under through 11 and seven under overall.

17:47Bolt ran 10.07 seconds in the first round of the men's 100m, but any time that starts with more than a nine is just loose change for the big man.
"It wasn't the best start. I felt kind of slow. I'm not used to running this early at any championship," he said.
"It's definitely going to be a good semi-finals. There are a lot of guys running fast. So there's going to be some stacked semifinals. It's good. It gets you running and gets you up to speed to go out there in the finals."

BBC Sport in RioTrying to picture athletics without Usain Bolt is tough. Go on, try.
From the minute he walked out here people had their phones out making videos, taking selfies and of course the noise levels increase ten fold.
I never saw Muhammad Ali fight but the magnetic nature of Bolt seems in sync with the tales you hear of the late legendary fighter.
Wonderful to watch and it is only a heat.

BBC Sport in RioFran Houghton was part of the first GB crew to win an Olympic medal in the eights and it's a third silver for Houghton in her fifth Olympic Games.
The achievement comes after her father recently passed away from cancer which, she admits, led to questions about whether she would continue in the sport.
But she said her father would have the best seat in the house to see the race, and speaking to her mother Andrea afterwards, she said: "He would have been incredibly proud, she's worked so hard to get this far."
