    Friday was another sensational day in Rio. Here's the medal headlines:

    • Sir Bradley Wiggins led the Team GB cycling pursuit team to gold.
    • Britain won two golds in the rowing
    • Katie Ledecky secured her fourth gold medal in the pool
    • Singapore's Joseph Schooling denied Michael Phelps a 23rd Olympic title in the 100m butterfly.
    • Anthony Ervin became the oldest ever Olympic swimming champion at the age of 35. 
    • Holders USA were knocked out of the women's football by Sweden.
    • Britain's Jessica Ennis-Hill leads the heptathlon at the halfway point.

    Welcome along to day eight of Rio 2016, or Super Saturday: THE REVENGE. 

    Ok, bit sinister.

    Maybe Super Saturday: THE RETURN OF THE CHAMPIONS.

    No. Right, we'll work on this during the day. 

    What I'm trying to say is it's going to be a blockbuster. 

    Team GB's Jessica Ennis-Hill (heptathlon), Mo Farah (10,000m) and Greg Rutherford (long jump) will all defend the titles they won on that incredible night in London four years ago. And once again, the medals will be decided in a two-hour period.

    Oh, and this guy is making his first appearance on the track...
