Where are you going to get your medal kicks on Day Nine of Rio 2016 then?

Well, here are a few highlights to look out for across the day.

• Golf: Can Justin Rose hang on to his lead to bring home the Olympic gold title? His round gets under way at 14:39 BST.
• Gymnastics: Great Britain's Max Whitlock and Kristian Thomas go in the floor final from 18:00 BST before Whitlock and Louis Smith hop aboard the pommel from 19:34 BST.
• Tennis:Andy Murray goes for gold against Juan Martin del Potro at 19:30 BST.
• Track Cycling: An all-British slug-out for sprint gold as defending champion Jason Kenny takes on team-mate Callum Skinner from 21:04 BST.
• Athletics:Usain Bolt v Justin Gatlin in the 100m final, barring any semi-final slip-ups, from 02:25 BST.

Phew.

Great Britain's Martin Rooney went out after his first heat of the 400m but Team GB will be represented in the final by Matthew Hudson-Smith.

He set a new personal best of 44.48 seconds to finish second in his semi-final and qualify for the final. Watch here...

Justin Gatlin has got the art of playing the bad guy down to a fine art as he shows again in his response to comments from swimmer Lilly King saying she was uncomfortable being on the same USA team as the 100m sprinter because of his previous doping suspensions.
