    Well, here are a few highlights to look out for across the day.

    • Golf: Can Justin Rose hang on to his lead to bring home the Olympic gold title? His round gets under way at 14:39 BST.
    • Gymnastics: Great Britain's Max Whitlock and Kristian Thomas go in the floor final from 18:00 BST before Whitlock and Louis Smith hop aboard the pommel from 19:34 BST.
    • Tennis:Andy Murray goes for gold against Juan Martin del Potro at 19:30 BST.
    • Track Cycling: An all-British slug-out for sprint gold as defending champion Jason Kenny takes on team-mate Callum Skinner from 21:04 BST.
    • Athletics:Usain Bolt v Justin Gatlin in the 100m final, barring any semi-final slip-ups, from 02:25 BST.
