Julio Cesar De La Cruz is a phenomenal man and he has done well to win gold in style. I am studying these guys and I am seeing the display of footwork. Feet can do you so much justice in boxing.

Everyone starts at zero in this final and Tonia Couch has a real shot at the podium. It is going to be a big ask, but everyone has a shot.

Women's 10m platform
Yep, the final of the women's 10m platform is about to get under way, with Tonia Couch representing Great Britain.
Couch qualified with the 10th-best score of the 12-woman field, so will be the third diver to go in each of the the five rounds.
Where next? Ah yes, a platform 10m over a swimming pool that is now thankfully coloured blue once more.
The cluster of GB fans cheer their loudest as Jade Jones powers her way into the Olympic -57kg semi-finals with a 7-2 defeat of Raheleh Asemani.
Another fully measured display by Jones, doing just enough in the first round and effectively saving her energy throughout the next two and progressing.
There's a brief smile from Jade towards her fans but she's totally focused and not even stopping for a quick chat with us in the mix-zone between contests.
She'll be up against Sweden's European silver medallist Nikita Glasnovic in the semi-finals at 21:00 BST.

Our Cuban dancer in the ring sends the small contingent sat in the sky wild. There are some jeers at the decision as he takes it 29-28 on all three cards.
Julio Cesar La Cruz is men's 81kg champion. That's a gold and three bronze for Cuba in the ring at this Games.
Some here don't like this man's confidence as he swaggers and showboats with every step - even during fights.

A Bowker: and now @jadejonestkd doing what she does best kicking people in the head
Rach Read: Watching Jade Jones in the #Olympics taekwondo - the only time screaming “Kick ‘er in the head!!” at the telly is acceptable.
Women's -57kg
Only if Jones wins her semi is she guaranteed a medal. If she loses she will have to fight for one of the two bronze on offer.
Women's -57kg
That's your lot. Jade Jones is through to the Olympic semi-final. A 7-2 scoreline in a bout where she was rarely troubled.
Her last-four encounter will be at 21:00.
Women's -57kg
It's all a little slow, shadow kicks, Jones controlling proceedings. At the moment, her progress is serene.
