Here we have half of Colombia supporting Ingrit Lorena Valencia Victo in her semi-final where the victor wins the right to face Nicola Adams.

The other half of Colombia is probably at BMX judging by the turn out there yesterday. They seem to glory hunt.

After round one here we were treated to Ricky Martin - Livin la Vida Loca. Such a tune.

A gent behind me shouts "Allez Sarah", to Sarah Ourahmoune. I think he's related to the French fighter in the ring as he's bobbing around nervously on the spot like an excited kitten.

"Allez. Sarah Allez," he continues. Someone needs to calm this guy down.

    Great performance from Adams.

It was a tricky contest and she had to perform better than in her first bout and she did.

Her concentration levels were very high and from the second round her timing and accuracy was excellent.

She has done really, really well.

Nicola Adams after reaching the final on BBC TV: "Another gold medal fight and I am excited, I can't wait. It is what i have been training for for four years and I am ready to go.

"Four years (since her fight against Ren at London 2012) is a lot of time to for a boxer to change and strengthen their weaknesses so I just had to go and stick to the tactics.

"The jab won me the fight, it just paid off.

"I am always nervous and you need that nervous energy to give you the adrenaline."

The trademark shadow boxing celebration. Nicola Adams is visibly elated and Great Britain has another medal assured.

As she exits, a slap on the back from one of her corner men.

A rapid, blink and you miss it event, negotiated expertly by a woman who looks at total ease in the thick of the action.
