    HUGE!

Israel had to hit a home run at the top of the final inning to stand a chance against defending baseball champions South Korea.

Up steps Ryan Lavarnway who smashes his second home run of the match. It's still all to play for in Yokohama!

Sunisa Lee did that as well as I've ever seen her do a floor routine, no steps on landing. She really performed fantastically.

    Sunisa Lee clocks a 13.700!

It is good enough for gold-medal spot and an overall score of 57.433.

Vladislava Urazova is handed a 13.400 for her floor routine. Which looked a touch harsh to my eye. The Russian, third at the start of the final piece of apparatus, finishes with a score of 56.966.

It will be up to American leader Sunisa Lee and Brazil's Rebeca Andrade to try and top that number...

Defending champions South Korea have picked things up in the seventh innings. They lead Israel for the first time thanks to back-to-back home runs from Lee Jung Hoo and Kim Hyunsoo, before Oh Ji Hwan added a run with a double hit.

Israel still have two innings to cause a huge upset on their Olympic baseball debut.

A surprise in the women's semis at Ariake Tennis Park - and an emphatic one at that.

The Czech Republic's Marketa Vondrousova, ranked 41 in the world, has thrashed fourth seed Elina Svitolina 6-3 6-1 in little over an hour.

Quite a contrast to Thursday's earlier semi in which Belinda Bencic took almost three hours to outlast Elena Rybakina in three sets.

Bencic, of Switzerland, and Vondrousova will face off for the gold medal on Saturday.

The leading group head over to the floor for the final discipline.

A broken foot suffered in June last year has limited Sunisa Lee's training on floor, meaning her new routine lacked a planned fourth tumbling pass at the recent US Championships and Olympic Trials, which will push her difficulty value higher.

Nonetheless, the 2019 world silver medallist believes the injury is becoming less of a problem with every competition.

    It's all to play for.

Just 0.2 points separate the top three American Lee, Brazil's Rebeca Andrade and the Russian Olympic Committee's Vladislava Urazova.

It was a nerveless beam routine from Brazil's Rebeca Andrade, but it's only enough for a 13.566.

That means the Brazilian has dropped down to third having led throughout.

The United States' Sunisa Lee now leads on 43.733 with just one rotation to go. The Russian Olympic Committee's Vladislava Urazova is second on 43.566 and Andrade is on 43.532.
