The second set in the men's bronze medal match between Novak Djokovic and Pablo Carreno Busta is turning into a marathon. It's 6-6 and there have been no break points.

It's an intriguing contest thanks mainly to Busta taking the first set 6-4.

Will he hold his nerve and take the second set - and the match and the medal?

'Gold medal, world record, can't beat that'published at 08:44 British Summer Time 31 July 2021

    4x100m mixed relay

Team GB's Olympic gold medallists in the inaugural 4x100m mixed relay in the swimming have been talking to BBC Radio 5 Live:

Adam Peaty: "I get a bit carried away, especially when it is for the team. Right now it is amazing to be a part of the team with these amazing women and James.

My legs were shaking, but James knows if I go out too fast I am not coming back, I had to show my maturity, not get carried away in chasing down the Americans. We are the champions we are going to enjoy it and hopefully we can be a force tomorrow as well.

Kathleen Dawson: "I was just going to swim my own race, it didn't matter if it was two girls or two men.

James Guy: "Gold medal, world record, can't beat that. It was worth not doing the 200m butterfly because it has paid off, because I don't think I would have done the time I did today. To do it with Adam one of my best mates and the two girls, we are northerners it is amazing.

"Adam has changed British swimming dramatically, we know he is going to win and he is going to deliver."

Anna Hopkin: "I was trying not to think about how far ahead we was of the other teams, because it is irrelevant when you are in the water. You just have to race, when I turned I see I had a good bit of water ahead of me so I went for it. So privileged to be a part of this time.

This Olympics has seen a number of new sports added as well as additional elements to existing sports - like the mixed relay events.

Have to say I am a massive fan of the mixed relays and was thinking of myself as some sort of Pep Guardiola of swimming as I analysed the tactics of the 4x100m mixed medley relay earlier with who was up against who.
