Women's windsurfing final

Two-time Olympic gold medallist on BBC TV
All week she has approached this with a real maturity, and a joy. She has been happy to be here. I think having the whole team around her - the whole British sailing team are living together in one facility, there is a great level support - has really helped Emma. She has taken it one race at a time, did what she is good at.
I think the year gap has helped, when I got here and I first met her and I hadn't seen her for a while, she was standing taller, taking ownership of what she was doing, its been so impressive to see.
She is a real water-baby, her coach can't keep her out of the water. There's no day off watching back-to-back Netflix. It is so great she got a medal.
in that final race today, she could not have tried harder, she had a reasonable start, she pumped all the way round. Such a physical race but she was slightly outclassed in the end.
I went to the Olympics with her mum, I remember Penny's approach was way different to her daughter's. Penny didn't medal, it didn't happen for her, she would probably say herself she was too uptight about it.
Emma's approach has been the complete opposite she just loves going on her windsurfer and she has really become an all-rounder. There is no weakness to her game.
