And magic from Fleetwood...published at 05:52 British Summer Time 31 July 2021

    Fleetwood -9 (17)

    Alison Whitaker
Former Ladies European Tour player on BBC Red Button

"Tommy Fleetwood has done incredibly well getting that on the surface from where he was. Not far off from being shot of the day, from in the trees!"

Rory McIlroy is not the only man playing heroic shots from spots of trouble. Tommy Fleetwood's drive ended up spending a marked amount of time on a cart path and yet he walks off the 17th green with a par. He's just three off the pace.

"How did Rory McIlroy have a birdie putt from where he was? The mind boggles."

Rory McIlroy just played a magical shot from under the tree line up on to the 11th green. A touch of genius at a perfect time. He sits on 10 under, two back from our trio of leaders.

'I have to change the colour'published at 05:36 British Summer Time 31 July 2021

    Price guarantees a medal

Team GB boxer Lauren Price talking to BBC One: "I knew it was a tough one going in to be honest, I boxed her about six years ago and she beat me. I had to stick to the tactics and bring her on to my shots. She is a really good girl, she has been around for years so I am really pleased with my performance. With the pressure of it being a medal, that was a little bit on as well. I am glad that is out the way now and I can look forward to the next one.

"It was my dream since eight years of age to get to an Olympic games, I never thought I would get here let alone win a medal. I know I am not finished yet, I have got to go on now and change the colour. I can't put into words really what it means to me.

"We have a great team behind us, that is the fourth medal now for us so it shows that Team GB boxing, the whole of UK Sport - they fund us - and of course lottery funding, if it wasn't for the people at home who buy tickets, if it wasn't for them we wouldn't be here. So a big shout out to everyone who supports the lottery.

"The whole team is buzzing but it adds a little more pressure when your teammate wins a medal. It is a great buzz in the camp and everyone is cheering each other along."

My dream team, my people, my Olympic hardcore.

The round-up of the night that was is coming soon but I can tell you it's all happening in the golf.

Great Britain's Paul Casey is at 11 under par.

He's one shot off the lead, held by three players - American Xander Schauffele, Japan's Hideki Matsuyama and Mexico's Carlos Ortiz.

A reminder the final round is on Sunday but it's key Casey stays in it today. Rory McIlroy and Shane Lowry of Ireland will both be fancying this too as they're two shots off the lead themselves.

    It's lively out there.
