    Laugher notched 514.75.

Erriyon Knighton was almost just jogging down the home straight! We didn't really learn much more about him there because he didn't even extend, he's not out of breath. Just can't wait to see him in the semi-finals.

Gemili's got a very heavy strap on his leg. He'll be disappointed, of course. When you come to the Olympics you always want to come out and be at your very best and compete well.

He tried one stride there and his hamstring wasn't having any of it. Bitterly disappointed for him.

Have you ever seen a paddle like this? A huge slice of Olympic history for Lisa Carrington, that was sensational!

She joins the most exclusive Olympic club there has ever been. She is the only name that will be on the gold medal list for this K1 200m, well done. No nerves shown and she didn't fade at all.

The K1 200m was introduced for London 2012, meaning Lisa Carrington has won every gold medal in the event's history.

Incredibly, since 2011, she is unbeaten over 200m and with this victory is the first New Zealand athlete ever to win three successive Olympic gold medals in the same event.

Interesting run from Andre de Grasse on the inside lane, he's shaking his head a little bit there. Maybe he's thinking, 'what have I done there?' Could he have done more?

I was hoping that he could revise that personal best and Canadian record of 19.8 seconds. He ran so well in the 100m here in Tokyo.
