Ouch. KJT is getting some treatment on a tight hamstring which would leave most of us mere mortals limping around for a week.

"Nothing to worry about," says Denise Lewis, a former queen of the heptathlon.

We'll take her word for it.

    Chris Boardman
Olympic cycling champion on BBC TV

Nicely done Jason Kenny - so well done.

You can lay off and try and give somewhere to accelerate or do the opposite - get on the wheel and stay out of sight so he can't see you. Then as soon as you make a move they haven't got anywhere to move and you can accelerate away.

That's what Kenny did he just took Yuta Wakimoto by surprise.

    Highly effective.

Jack Carlin was already inside the sprinters line so he's not at fault - amazing he stayed upright. At 70kph coming off the track you're in danger of touching your inside pedal off the ground. It wasn't intentional - his bodyweight had shifted to the point where he couldn't correct.

Both riders stayed upright and the result stands.
