Seven of the GB squad that won in Rio are here in Tokyo. There is still plenty of gold medal experience in the GB camp to give us hope that, maybe, there is another medal coming our way.
I spoke to Holly Pearne-Webb after the defeat at the hands of the Netherlands - there was a bit of an embarrassment as they were thumped as badly as they were 5-1. But she spoke about putting that behind her and looking forward to this very important match.

There is a huge amount of mental focus that is required to execute from start to finish.
Korea's Park with a score of 25.72, he goes into the lead ahead of Germany's Ilja Smorguner.
Not a huge amount separating them, but every fraction of a point is going to be important.
Former world champion Jamie Cooke, who is one of the four-strong British team competing in the modern pentathlon, has some expert tips on how to tame a horse.
The showjumping is usually a high in the event because riders cannot use their own horse but instead gets supplied with one at random, sometimes with unexpected consequences.
A horse named Pingping had an infamous meltdown at Beijing 2008, destroying the hopes of Belarusian rider Yahor Lapo.
“Occasionally I will blow into the horse’s nostril – I heard ages ago if you do that you’ll be friends for life," Cooke said.
“There is always that moment where you look at your horse and go, ‘are you all right, mate, or are we going to have a nightmare?’ You’ve got a very limited time to make that connection.”

Patrick Winterton
Canoeing commentator on BBC TV
This kneeling they have to do in the canoes is incredible. They have to have such strength in their cores.
Very, very solid start from Dos Santos, one of the favourites here. A mature performance. He just tested his sprint in the last 250m.

There's been some amazing young Olympians at these Olympics but what about at the other end of the scale?
Spain's Jesus Angel Garcia has just completed the 50km race walk at the age of 51. This was his eighth Olympics having competed at the 1992 Games in Barcelona.

Speaking earlier of discovering new sports or disciplines at these Olympics, Karate Kata - where there is one competitor and no opponent - was a new one for me. Looked cool, to be fair.
What's been your favourite sporting discovery of the Olympics so far?
The heat has been an issue for the golfers throughout as temperatures have gone over 40C.
American Lexi Thompson's caddie pulled out with heatstroke on Wednesday after US Open champion Yuka Saso had to replace her caddie because of the heat on Tuesday.
Thompson's caddie Jack Fughum needed medical attention on the 15th hole, meaning US golf team coach Donna Wilkins stepped in to carry Thompson's bag for the remainder of the round.
"I was so worried about him, it's so hot out there," said Thompson.
"I'm from Florida and I'm still not used to that bad of heat. I just hope that he's OK and he gets the hydration he needs."
Players have been using umbrellas and holding ice against their heads to cool down.

All eyes are on the 23-year-old as she prepares to tee off...
She's got a lie. Didn't miss too many fairways yesterday - she'll just put that behind her and forget about it.
She knows how good she is. Actually, she's superb.
Men's 50km race walk
Gold for Dawid Tomala in the men's 50km race walk. The chasing pack did reduce his advantage by one minute but the sprint finish was too little too late.
Jonathan Hilbert of Germany takes the silver while Canada's Evan Dunfee pinches the bronze with a late sprint.
Fifty kilometres in 32 degrees heat. Fair play, that's some endurance.
Who will be celebrating a medal-winning moment today? Here's some of yesterday's highlights.
Men's 50km race walk
Is there to be some late drama? Just a couple of kilometres to go and Dawid Tomala has a lead of three minutes but he is starting to slow a bit. Feels like too much still for the others, but you never know!
