    First up, Eliud Kipchoge, the defending Olympic marathon champion and world record holder, features in the final athletics event of Tokyo 2020 (23:00 on Saturday to 01:30 on Sunday).

    Kipchoge has said he is "still hungry" at 36 and dismissed concerns about the heat. He said conditions in Sapporo, some 500 miles north of Tokyo, will be the same for everyone and won't be a factor.

    Callum Hawkins, who has twice come fourth at World Championships. Ben Connor and Chris Thompson run for GB.

    Team GB go into the final day of the Games fifth in the medal table with the chance to finish fourth.

    GB have won 63 medals in total, the same as the Russian Olympic Committee who have won more silvers. Australia are in sixth place.
