Two-time Olympic gold medal boxer on BBC TVShe was moving really well around the outside of the ring, counter-punching really well, and she just stepped up her tactics.
I am just so happy for her - I've known her so many years and she's got the medal she always wanted.

Kellie Harrington lands a super right hand midway through the final round and that pushes Beatriz Ferreira into a strong finish. The pair exchange shots before the bell and Ferreira raises her hand once again - confident of the win. Harrington landed the cleaner shots, how will this one go?

Kellie Harrington is aggressive from the start of the second round, catching her opponent with some good long shots. A strong straight right hand connects to the body before Beatriz Ferreira catches a left hand but Harrington's movement is so good.
The bell goes and Ferreira raises her hand again but this one could be Harrington's.

Nicola Adams
Two-time Olympic gold medal boxer on BBC TVI think for Lauren she has got fast feet and fast hands. That is unseen at that weight division.
They are normally quite tall and rangy, with slower feet. Lauren is a bit shorter which is hard enough to deal with anyway.

Nicola Adams
Two-time Olympic gold medal boxer on BBC TVLauren Price has got what it takes to win gold. I don't think she has lost a match in two years, so I can't see this going any differently.
I feel like she had her final in the semi-finals, I am not saying this is going to be a walkover, it is still going to be hard but I feel like she is an easier opponent for Lauren to deal with today.

cycling (track) 'It has been an incredible couple of weeks'published at 05:53 British Summer Time 8 August 2021
05:53 BST 8 August 2021Team GB
Stephen Park performance director for Team GB cycling spoke to Jill Douglas about his team's performance at the Olympics: "It has been an incredible couple of weeks for British cycling, to be able to finish with Jason winning gold in such a dominant style.
"He called that before that final race, he spoke with the coaches about the tactics for the race, the knowledge he has of that event and his competition really came out. There is no one more deserving than Jason to come away from the final day with a gold medal.
"Jason is clearly like the rest of us, maturing through his career, these last couple of years he has really stepped up and played a big leadership role in the men's sprint programme. We have had quite a bit of change in the last two years.
"The madison performance from Katie Archibald and Laura Kenny, it was an absolute masterclass. Again both the women had really worked on their strategy, a lot of the medals we have seen won over these last two weeks, there is a huge number of people in the background. In the case of the madison our men's academy was key."
Sir Chris Hoy: 'It's about becoming an Olympian'published at 05:50 British Summer Time 8 August 2021
05:50 BST 8 August 2021Sir Chris Hoy
Six-time Olympic cycling champion on BBC TVThe Games could not have been any better. A lot of people questioned if it was the right thing to do.
Japanese have pulled this off marvellously. To see all the athletes. It's what we all needed. It's the same emotion, joy and despair.
It's not all about the gold medals. It's about becoming an Olympian. You can see how bronze medals are like gold medals depending on what's gone on.
It's a wonderful thing to watch.
