"We may not see another try in this game but if we do it might come from a kick. Saints maybe need to look that way. If they put up a kick, they got some players who can catch a ball and Tommy Makinson in particular."
A knock on at the play-the-ball from Wigan's Anthony Gelling and St Helens have a scrum just inside the Warriors half. Another chance to attack, can they find a breakthrough? Another knock on from Joel Tomkins, another Saints scrum.
Matty Smith's high bomb is beautifully claimed under pressure by St Helens winger Adam Swift. Wonderful stuff, and another example of how well both teams have defended so far.
Remember, Leeds' victory at Castleford earlier means they're two points clear of St Helens at the top of the table. Wigan would go third, for a short while at least, if they can hold on.
Already, even at this early stage of the season, the margins are so fine.
Just 20 minutes left.
Enjoying it? That might depend on your allegiance naturally, but it is proof that you don't always need points for it to be a corking game.

Sensible play from St Helens hooker James Roby, who kicks the ball to the touchline and gains some valuable ground for the visitors. The travelling supporters find their voice, and the Wigan fans respond.
Both sets of players look out on their feet at times, and we've still got 25 minutes left. May be an error, one way or the other, that decides this.
A knock on from St Helens' Jordan Turner 20 metres out. Missed opportunity for Saints, who have trailed since the opening minute.
That stat was from before today's game. You can add a lot, lot more to that figure of 1,107 metres made by Alex Walmsley this season.
Warriors forward Larne Patrick spills the ball, Alex Walmsley picks up the loose ball for Saints just inside Wigan territory and makes some useful metres for the visitors. Walmsley surely an England international in the making. Even Jamie Peacock thinks so, and I wouldn't ever argue with him.
St Helens called upon defensively to deny Dom Manfredi and then Anthony Gelling from close range. Then Saints' Tommy Makinson almost fumbles under his own posts but clutches the ball at the second attempt and brings it away from danger.

"What a warrior Paul Wellens is. He's been out there for three minutes when he can barely walk and now he's been replaced. I tip my hat to him."
The penalty comes to nothing, and Paul Wellens hobbles off. Not sure what the issue is, or indeed how he suffered the injury. Tommy Makinson drops in to the full-back berth.
The first action of the second half is a high tackle by St Helens forward Greg Richards. Wigan penalty on halfway, and Saints full-back Paul Wellens struggling with an injury, it seems.
I've consumed a few sweets and reloaded my mug with coffee. Well, I've been brought a mug of coffee by a colleague. So I'm ready to go for this second half, hopefully the players can repeat their efforts of the first. St Helens kick us off.

After a shocking start to the season, Huddersfield Giants have found some real form in recent weeks. Similarly Salford, who have recovered from a slow opening to the campaign and are finally beginning to show signs of a side that can challenge for a top-eight place in 2015.

Leeds Rhinos overcame West Yorkshire rivals Castleford Tigers in Good Friday's lunchtime kick-off, with a 26-12 win at The Jungle.
It was a result that put Brian McDermott's side two points above St Helens before kick-off at the DW Stadium, and you can read the BBC Sport report here.
More from the DW Stadium on the way, but let's take a little look back at what happened earlier on in Super League...
