Great kick into the corner by Leeds playmaker Danny McGuire.

'Game management' I think they call it.

Some brilliant tackles going in here.

Jordan Turner was like a heat-seeking missile as he took down Liam Sutcliffe, while minutes earlier Stevie Ward melted Louie McCarthy-Scarsbrook with a real blockbuster.

    HIT!

  3. TRY (Turner, con Burns)published at 21:28 British Summer Time 17 April 2015

    Game on.

Luke Walsh's chip kick was tapped back by Andre Savelio and the ball popped perfectly to Jordan Turner to spin over and score.

Second try for the former Hull FC man.

    Leeds wobbling?

Saints switching the point of attack but finding Leeds a formidable wall.

    Mose Masoe JUST held up.

    BBC Radio Leeds commentator

"It has been all Saints in the second half. They are having their best spell of the game."

Zak Hardaker fumbles the high kick. Saints deep in the Leeds half again.

Saints cough up possession, Leeds cough up possession. No one can quite take advantage.

Both sides trying to stretch the play and force the defensive mistake. Leeds fail to play the ball properly and St Helens regain possession.

  8. Postpublished at 21:23 British Summer Time 17 April 2015

A few errors creeping in from both sides. It's frantic stuff.

Leeds still three scores ahead but the momentum feels as though it's with Saints.

Rhinos feed the scrum and have possession.

  9. Postpublished at 21:20 British Summer Time 17 April 2015

The big difference in this half is where Leeds are working their last tackle plays.

In the first half they were peppering the Saints line on the last and forcing them to start deep in their own half.

Right now, they're kicking from inside their own half and that is giving Saints more space on which to return those kicks.

That of course, comes from their own defensive effort.

  10. Postpublished at 21:18 British Summer Time 17 April 2015

St Helens are playing this one like a Grand Final at the moment. Real intensity. Fans on the edge of their seats.

Jon Wilkin looked to feed Adam Swift on the left but the winger cannot take the ball in and Leeds get a relieving scrum.

  11. Postpublished at 21:17 British Summer Time 17 April 2015

Unbelievable strength by Jamie Peacock to hold up Jon Wilkin.

Travis Burns wins the penalty. Deep in the Leeds half, Saints attack.

Amazing what a try does for your confidence.

Rhinos full-back Zak Hardaker gathered a high kick and then lost it in dangerous territory.

Saints are sensing a try here.

    Well there's the answer.

Luke Walsh made his own platform with a confident saunter through the Leeds line and stays composed enough to boom the ball to Jordan Turner on the left.

Turner gathered the pass on the bounce and had too much power for Leeds' defence.

First blood in this second half by Saints. Travis Burns missed the kick.

  14. Postpublished at 21:10 British Summer Time 17 April 2015

Line-speed better from St Helens. The long kick downfield from Rob Burrow bounces out dead and Saints tap on the 20.

  15. Postpublished at 21:09 British Summer Time 17 April 2015

Luke Walsh is on for St Helens. He has direction, kicking and distribution but does he have the attacking platform?

The half-time score here got my memory buzzing. I was sure I remembered a game in which Saints roared back to win from a heavy half-time deficit.

And then it came to me.

Castleford were 24-6 up at half-time at home to Saints in Super League a little over a year ago, but a second-half fightback saw the visitors snatch a 30-28 win late on.

Will history repeat itself? Stick with us to find out.
