"That is why Stefan Ratchford should be a starter for England. No doubt about that. He has illustrated what he can do here."

"Despite a raucous atmosphere now inside the ground you can hear the intensity of the hits - the loudest thuds of bodies coming together so far involving Ashton Sims and Alex Walmsley.
"It's been an enthralling opening 10 minutes with both teams looking to throw the football around."

"St Helens were just standing around, they were waiting for the tap penalty.
"The tap penalty was taken and nobody moved forward and a short pass to Ratchford and he streaked through with everyone standing like statues."
That's what Stefan Ratchford does best - the Warrington full-back runs a great line 30 metres out and breaks through the St Helens defence before diving over in the corner. First blood to the Wolves. From the touchline, Ratchford can't add the extras.
St Helens hooker James Roby is down receiving treatment after taking a knock to the head as he tackled Gene Ormsby. Saints will be praying he's back on his feet and able to influence this game in the near future. He's heading off the field for now.
Excellent defending from St Helens winger Adam Swift, who gathers Joel Monaghan's prodded kick forward and dances his way around three Wolves tacklers to get out of his in-goal area.
St Helens have the first real chance, unsurprisingly created by Tommy Makinson. The winger bursts clear down the right and looks to pass inside to Shannon McDonnell, but Warrington forward Ben Currie makes a crucial intervention.
A fairly tepid start so far, with neither side able to get within 20 metres of the try line.
Strong hit on Declan Patton by Louie McCarthy-Scarsbrook as the Warrington half-back looks to launch a high kick forward. Welcome to the game, son.
St Helens' first set is ended as captain Jon Wilkin kicks dead, then Warrington reach halfway before kicking deep into Saints' territory. A settling start for both sides.
Under sunny skies, Warrington get us under way.
Warrington have come out on top in Manchester in each of the last two seasons. Will a change of venue bring a change of luck for St Helens?
The teams are out on the field, greeted by a wall of noise and some Calvin Harris and Ne-Yo over the PA system at St. James' Park.

"Onto the fifth game of the weekend and the standout one of Sunday's itinerary.
"A few notable milestones in either side worth mentioning. St Helens forward Mose Masoe is on the longest consecutive appearance run in Super League having played 46 games straight before today - a sequence stretching back to March 2014.
"Warrington's Ben Westwood (350th) and Daryl Clark (100th) are hitting notable numbers in terms of career appearances."
St Helens: McDonnell; Makinson, Fleming, Turner, Swift; Burns, Wilkin; Amor, Roby, Walmsley, McCarthy-Scarsbrook, Flanagan, Jones.
Replacements: Masoe, Savelio, Richards, Thompson.
Warrington: Ratchford; Monaghan, Bridge, Atkins, Ormsby; Patton, Myler; Hill, Clark, Sims, Currie, Westwood, Harrison.
Replacements: Asotasi, Laithwaite, Dwyer, King.
Referee: Richard Silverwood.
Thanks Andrew. Well, what a dramatic finish! Hopefully St Helens and Warrington can deliver something similar in a few moments.
What a dramatic conclusion to Sunday's first match in Newcastle, with Danny Brough kicking from the touchline to earn Huddersfield a draw with Catalans.
Next up is today's feature game - St Helens v Warrington Wolves.
Phil Cartwright is your man to guide you through this one.
Huddersfield Giants half-back Jermaine McGillvary, who scored a last-minute try to help seal a draw, told Sky Sports: "It is all credit to Kyle Wood really, it was a great pass and all I had to do was finish it in the corner.
"We made hard work of it today, we were cruising in the first half and then we shut up shop and thought we had won the game.
"Credit to Catalans, they came back at us and it was probably a fair result."
Catalans Dragons half-back Scott Dureau told Sky Sports: "It is one of those tough ones, we were horrible in the first half, we gave away so many penalties. To our credit we came back into it.
"I think we should have won it, I missed that kick from really close at the end."
At 22-16, Scott Dureau missed the simplest of kicks at goal to put the Dragons more than a score clear. How important has that failure proved to be?
Incidentally, that's the second draw in the history of Magic Weekend. The first was between St Helens and Wigan in 2011.
That Danny Brough conversion was the last kick of the match as the hooter blew before he attempted his shot at goal. Talk about handling the pressure!
