Lots of questions to be asked here as Warrington claim another try.

Tom Lineham grounds the ball after Bryson Goodwin jumps to put down a high kick but television replays show he loses possesion going forwards before Lineham puts it down afterwards.

    Unlucky for the Wire.

Callum Thompson: Great to see Wane's Wigan finally getting shown up for their spoiling play. All tactics of course used in a desperate attempt to stop this rampaging Wire team.

In the process of that try not being given, Ryan Sutton appears to have injured his knee and he's helped from the field.

His afternoon is over. This match is not going Wigan's way so far.

A rare Wigan break sees Ryan Sutton come closest to the whitewash but he's well held up.

Two more tackles follow and Oliver Gildart flies through to the in-goal area and touches down but George Williams puts in a forward pass in the build up and it's quite rightly not given.

Wigan have to change something here.

It's not quite working. I think they probably need to get Ben Flower on.

Warrington can smell something here - they can almost put this game to bed.

Another Warrington attack! This time Tyrone Roberts offloads to Ben Murdoch-Masila who gets inches away from touching down.

Roberts probes to find a pathway through before Tom Lineham is bundled out of play by John Bateman and Tom Davies.

Wigan are under an immense amount of pressure, here.

Josh Charnley holds up Liam Farrell's attempts to bring him down and Warrington break on the attack yet again.

Wigan hold on by the skin of their teeth and somehow deny the Wire a scoring opportunity.

    What a game.

Warrington get the second half under way.

1936 was the last time they won a home Challenge Cup tie against Wigan. They've got 40 minutes to bring that stat to an end.

Yorkshire Fox: What an advert for Rugby League!! Great game!

Gareth Freeman: Charnley celebrating against Wigan there, lovely stuff.

Mike Holmes: Warrington good value at half time, should be more in front in fact.

Michael Keating: Haven't seen a Warrington team dominate Wigan like this, probably ever.

    Brian Noble
Ex-Great Britain coach on BBC One

I have to say Warrington have been more incisive in all areas of the game.

They've kicked better and won most of the 50-50s.

Wigan did look tired, but they would with twice the tackles to make.

Warrington head coach Steve Price will be very happy with how his side have dominated that opening 40 minutes.

  16. try

TRY: Warrington 16-0 Wiganpublished at 40 mins

    Josh Charnley, goal Harvey Livett

    It had to be..

Warrington take full advantage of a gap in the Wigan defensive line and Ryan Atkins finds space to offload to Josh Charnley who goes low and runs into the corner to score against his former club.

His fine form this season continues and Harvey Livett kicks the conversion from a ridiculously tight angle to bring the first half to an end.

Chris Hill looks hurt as he went in on Sam Tomkins as Wigan turned possession over, but he's back up and carrying on.

Tyrone Roberts yet again tries to kick and chase as Warrington have only one tackle to spare, but it goes out of play before he work his way on to it.

It was the big man - Ben Murdoch-Masila.

There was nothing on, two or three defenders in front of him but the sheer size of the man helped him bulldoze his way through.

We said he'd have an impact and he certainly did there.

TRY: Warrington 10-0 Wiganpublished at 32 mins

    Ben Murdoch-Masila, goal Harvey Livett

That try has been coming ever since Oliver Gildart conceded that drop out.

Daryl Clark offloads to Ben Murdoch-Masila in the attack that follows and the big man crashes over the line and the Wire have their second try of the game.

Harvey Livett kicks a clean conversion this time and there can be no arguments over the extra two.
