Olly Russell
Olly Russell successfully kicks another two points this time as Huddersfield pad out their lead via a penalty goal.
Yet more work for Hull KR to do if they are to have any chance of reaching the final.

That score puts Hull KR under a bit of pressure and enabled Huddersfield to relax a bit.

That's a superb finish. That's an in and out of exceptional quality.
It's that speed. Ethan Ryan gets across but he can't stop him - Jermaine McGillvary was in full flight.
Huddersfield 16-0 Hull KR
Chris McQueen is off with a groin injury and is 50/50 as to whether he can come back on, the BBC's Tanya Arnold reports on the touchline.
The rugby league gods giveth, they also take away, in the case of Huddersfield.
Jermaine McGillvary
Oh I say. Jermaine McGillvary!
Huddersfield work it wide to McGillvary on the right wing inside their own half and he weaves his way through and Hull KR can only chase him.
He runs in at the corner with the Giants scoring yet another crossfield try of the day.
Olly Russell's conversion attempt falls short.
Huddersfield 12-0 Hull KR
The players are back out and Huddersfield get us going for the final half of rugby league of the day.
Can the Giants set up their place at Spurs? Or are Hull KR going to mount a comeback?

Been out all day and missed the first Challenge Cup semi-final?
You missed a cracker. But worry not, we've got you covered.
Watch the highlights as Wigan beat St Helens 20-18 in the Challenge Cup semi-final at Elland Road earlier today.

Jon Wilkin
Former England international on BBC Two
Huddersfield started incredibly well, it was a disciplined start from them and they had the better of field position and possession.
Disciplinary lapses let Hull KR into the game but they were unable to get anything of any substance going in attack.

Jamie Jones-Buchanan
Former Leeds Rhinos second-rower on BBC Two
Huddersfield have stood firm and executed really well. There's been little control from Hull KR and they've hardly put Huddersfield under any pressure.

Andrew Henderson
Former Warrington assistant coach on BBC Two
Ian Watson will be really pleased. There's a clear gameplan and structure that Huddersfield are following and for large parts of the first half they executed that plan very well.
Defensively the Giants have been really good.
Hull KR are still in the contest but there a couple of areas they need to fix up. Offensively, I would like to see them be more direct and change the angle to exploit the Huddersfield defence.
Huddersfield 12-0 Hull KR
Hull KR can't make that advantage count and the first half draws to a close.
Josh Jones' opener for Huddersfield and Innes Senior's stunning second, gives the Giants the edge at the break.
Huddersfield 12-0 Hull KR
Jordan Abdull sends a kick on the last for Hull KR inside the Huddersfield half of the field and the Giants can't regain possession.
Rovers win another set of six and have a full set to make a breakthrough before the break.
Huddersfield 12-0 Hull KR
Hull KR send a wayward offload into the path of Ethan Ryan on the wing.
Had he received that ball, I would have thought he would have been able to run in with ease.
Sums up their half so far.
Huddersfield 12-0 Hull KR
This has evolved into a scrappy game with both teams exchanging penalties.
Just under 10 minutes remain until half-time and at the minute, I think that suits both sides, as some frustration is setting in.
Huddersfield 12-0 Hull KR
Hull KR's first realistic attack gets a promising boost as they win the ball from a scrum inside Huddersfield's 10, gifting them another set of six.
Can they make the difference and get back into this game?
They work it wide to Ryan Hall who spills the ball and Huddersfield go on the break.
Huddersfield 12-0 Hull KR
What have Hull KR got in response to Huddersfield's bright start to this semi-final, then?
We're just past half way in this first period and Tony Smith's got his work cut out.
#bbcrl
Mark Scotter: Looking likely that another Challenge Cup injury gamble for Tony Smith isn't going to work. Linnett does not look fit, HKR will probably be playing with a man down on the bench.

Andrew Henderson

What about that finish from Innes Senior?! He put on the afterburners.
I thought it was a decent kick, they were in a decent position to compete for the ball but there was no-one clearing up around the back and you need to have someone in that position in case someone plucks it out of the air and races away.
Innes Senior, goal Olly Russell
We've seen some cracking tries today but this is one of the best.
Jordan Abdull kicks away deep in Huddersfield's half but it's intercepted by Ricky Leutele who offloads to Innes Senior who is out of sight and runs in for the Giants' second try from pretty much the length of the field.
That is a lung-busting run. And Olly Russell adds the two.
