Into the final quarter. Six points between the sides. What have Bath got left. Big change coming up...
John McEnerney:, external Leinster prone to letting teams score when having them under pressure, they should have enough to go through, buckets of experience
All very stop-start at the Aviva. More changes. Real strength in depth on the Leinster bench as Eoin Reddan replaces Isaac Boss. Bath bring off Kane Palma-Newport and Carl Fearns. On come Max Lahiff and Alafoti Faosiliva.
Another Bath change. Nick Auterac on for prop Paul James.
Bath are still very much in this but they are making it hard for themselves. Ian Madigan is striking the ball sweetly. They simply cannot afford to concede needless penalties.
And still Bath cannot stamp out their errors. The hosts are awarded a scrum penalty. Ian Madigan makes it six out of six.
Leinster respond by replacing Mike Ross with Martin Moore. Bath send on Ross Batty for Rob Webber.

Bath back Ollie Devoto: "That's exactly what we were saying at half-time - as soon as Bath get into a couple of phases we look dangerous. Right now, there's nobody who takes it to the line as a first receiver better than George Ford."
Where did that come from? Bath have been under intense pressure since the restart but out of nowhere claw themselves back to within three points of Leinster. Terrific work by George Ford, who slices through the home defence before finding Stuart Hooper, the Bath skipper crashing over. Ford kicks the conversion. Game on!
Talk about making an impact! Zane Kirchner is nearly in at the corner after a slick interchange of passes out wide before Micky Young's last-ditch challenge. Moments laters Rob Kearney attempts a drop goal from almost the halfway line. It's not a bad attempt but drifts wide.
That's the end of Fergus McFadden's day. On comes Zane Kirchner. There's still no respite for the visitors.
Applause from all sides of the Aviva as Fergus McFadden is able to make his own way off the pitch after several minutes of treatment. He looks terribly groggy. But not half as groggy as Bath's defence.
The tie is stopped one minute into the second half following a heavy clash. Leinster's Fergus McFadden is out cold after colliding with Kyle Eastmond. Lots of concerned looks from both sets of players.
Back under way.
Here come the teams. Can Bath stop coughing up penalties and claw it back?
Television shots inside the Leinster dressing room show a relaxed group taking stock and listening to instructions. No pictures from the Bath changing room. No doubt Mike Ford will be telling his players to cut out the handling errors. In no uncertain terms.
So it's advantage Leinster and no doubt some of their fans will be already be thinking about the semi-finals. All eight teams left in the competition know who they will be facing in the last four should they advance this weekend.
The winners of Leinster and Bath will be rewarded with a trip to Toulon or Wasps, while Clermont or Northampton host Racing Metro or Saracens. The semi-finals will take place on 18 and 19 April.

Bath back Ollie Devoto: "I don't think Bath need to panic, we're only 10 points behind. When we have the ball in phase-play we look dangerous. It's not beyond Bath at this stage, we've come back from this kind of deficit in the past.
"We can break this Leinster defence from anywhere, it's just about getting the defensive fundamentals right first."

Bath back Ollie Devoto: "I think that last defensive set from Leinster just showed how hungry they are. It's very difficult to get any sort of momentum when you're struggling at the set-piece."
