Rob Edwards:, external George Ford's kicking isn't good enough to start in the World Cup. Both out of hand and from the tee.
Anthony Watson might have wished he had stayed in the sin bin. The Bath full-back takes a heavy hit from Fergus McFadden but bounces straight back up. He's not showing it but you can be sure he'll be feeling that at half-time. Bath only have themselves to blame. They have conceded needless penalties and have it all to do after the break.
Leinster have hardly had to break sweat yet they have already established a 10 point lead. Ian Madigan's fifth penalty extends Leinster's lead. Who else?
Anthony Watson is back on for Bath. Leinster led by one point when he was yellow carded. Bath now trail by seven. Another penalty to Leinster as Bath infringe yet again.
Bath are guilty of too many handling errors. Another penalty to Leinster. Another successful kick by Ian Madigan. That's four out of four by the 26-year-old. His kick bounces off the post and goes through. The hosts are in control.
The official attendance has just been announced and there's 44,000 inside the Aviva Stadium. The majority will be pleased with what they have seen so far but this tie is at a critical stage. Bath have to survive another three minutes a man down.
Graeme Hobbs on Watson's yellow card:, external That is a ridiculous decision! How the hell are players meant to compete for the ball?
Bath's defence is creaking. Leinster have the bit between their teeth and are looking to extend their lead while they have the extra man advantage. Can the visitors hold out?

Bath back Ollie Devoto: "Silly penalties are creeping in for Bath now. It was Francois Louw who was caught offside that time and you can't afford to be doing that with 14 men."
Three out of three for Ian Madigan as Bath are penalised for offside. Silly penalty to concede by Bath.
This is turning into a bruising battle. Bath are down to 14 as Anthony Watson goes to the sin bin for taking Rob Kearney out in the air.
Simon Richardson:, external Absolutely fantastic piece of 10 play from Ford there. Are you watching, Johnny Sexton?
George Ford's kicking might be a little rusty but Ian Madigan's is not. The Leinster inside centre restores the Irish club's lead after Bath are penalised for going off their feet at the ruck.
Brilliant by George Ford. Horacio Agulla makes a fine run and sets up Francois Louw, who bursts into Leinster's 22, where Bath are awarded a penalty.
They play advantage and Ford dummies and glides over for a fine try - terrific reading of the game by the young England fly-half. His kicking is not so good though, as his attempt hits a post and bounces wide.
It's tight. It's tense. Bath trail but will be pleased with their start. Leinster might have a slim lead but they have yet to hit top gear.

Bath back Ollie Devoto: "We've got two teams trying to play here. Leinster have been the best attacking team in Europe over the last three or four years so it's a huge test of how far we've come and how we play."
George Ford just short with a long range attempt from wide right just inside the Leinster half.
The hosts win a penalty as the Bath scrum buckles. Ian Madigan's kick is good. Advantage Leinster.
Deadlock in the opening 10 minutes but this tie is bubbling nicely. Leinster win a penalty off a scrum. Great kick from Jimmy Gopperth to find touch just inside the Bath 22. The visitors respond through Anthony Watson who evades two defenders inside his 22 and runs the ball out. He finds Matt Banahan, who hammers though the Leinster defence and makes 10m with men hanging off him, but then loses control of the ball.
