There's always something rather theatrical about South American national anthems, and the Uruguayan number is no different.

By contrast, Advance Australia Fair is a little more subdued.

    Kick-off is moments away.

Right then, let's get on with it. The two players make their way onto the Villa Park pitch, Australia in their usual gold and green, Uruguay in an all-white strip punctuated by a hint of sky blue trim. Very fetching.

The two skippers, both locks, are Dean Mumm and Santiago Vilaseca.

Michael Cheika's changes mean that former Exeter lock Dean Mumm captains Australia for the first time - the first New Zealand-born player to do so in a Test in the professional era.

It has been a crazy few days for the 31-year-old, who became a father on Friday when his wife Sarah gave birth to a baby boy in London.

Sarah stayed in England for work and the latter stages of her pregnancy when Mumm returned to Australia earlier this year to join Waratahs.

"She rang me at 3.40am [on Friday], saying her waters had broken and it's on. That was the first indication I had we were going early," Mumm told the Canberra Times., external

"It was all a bit of a haze, but it turned into a bit of a frantic panic. But we got there in time and she was happy I'd got there in time to see the birth."

Uruguay coach Pablo Lemoine has made five changes to the side beaten 54-9 by Wales in Cardiff last Sunday.

There's one alteration to the backline, with experienced Leandro Leivas replacing Santiago Gibernau.

Lemoine has changed two thirds of his front row, as loosehead prop Mateo Sanguinetti and hooker German Kessler come in for Alejo Corral and Carlos Arboleya.

Franco Lamanna comes into the second row for Jorge Zerbino and Juan De Freitas will play at blindside flanker, allowing Juan Manuel Gaminara to move to number eight.

It's a very different Australia side to the one who beat Fiji 28-13 in Cardiff on Wednesday. Coach Michael Cheika has made 14 changes to keep his players fresh.

It would have been 15 had replacement prop James Slipper not suffered a head injury against Fiji - his unavailability means that Scot Sio retains his place.
