Wasps dominated Gloucester to record their second Premiership home win of the season as both sides had a man sent off at the Ricoh Arena.

So after four rounds of the Premiership, this is how the table looks. Wasps jumping above today's opponents who suffered their second loss of the season. 

And that is that at Ricoh Arena as Wasps bounce back from last weekend's defeat to seal a highly impressive victory over Gloucester. 

Henry Purdy is away down the right win before coming inside. Gloucester recycle it but it's sharp work from Guy Thompson who turns the ball over at a ruck. Into the last minute. 

Gloucester run out of space on the blind side and are bundled into touch. Wasps win their own line-out and kick for territory. 

So 14 v 14 with five minutes to play here in Coventry. Gloucester are still chipping away at the Wasps defence but it's another knock on in contact. 

It's a second red card of the game, this time for Wasps as Lorenzo Cittadini is sent off for that punch. Fair play to Billy Twelvetrees who tries to defend his opponent to the ref. 

Gloucester have a penalty and it's kicked to the corner. A replay shows Lorenzo Cittadini had earlier punched Billy Twelvetrees in the throat as the pair wrestled for the ball. 

Oh Frank Halai what are you doing? He bursts through, Wasps have a two on one but he opts to take on the tackle rather than pass inside and the chance is wasted. 

Gloucester win back possession though after George Smith is penalised at the breakdown inside the Gloucester 22. 10 minutes to go here in Coventry.  

The intensity has dropped significantly over the past few minutes as Gloucester perhaps realise this game is lost. Wasps win a penalty at another scrum and they kick for territory having played most of the second period in their own half.

Elliot Daly will play no further part in this game as he leaves the field for Wasps. He's had a very good game for the hosts with two 56 metre penalties the highlight of his afternoon's work.

It's yet more heroic defence from Wasps as James Haskell again turns the ball over. Prior to that Billy Twelvetrees was so close to crossing for Gloucester after taking the ball at speed on a fine angle. 

It's fair to say Gloucester have a far from impressive record on Wasps' home turf. Just under 20 minutes to go to turn things around at Ricoh Arena.

Gloucester are determined to make a game of this, again they go through the phases inside Wasps' 22 but with the try line at their mercy it's another knock on. Scrum five.

That's superb from James Haskell. Gloucester kick to the corner and win the line-out but the Wasps captain gets his hands on the ball and wins back possession for his side. 

Gloucester are camped on the Wasps try line but Greig Laidlaw knocks on as he attempts to cross. They have a penalty advantage to go back to though.
