Brilliant short-side play by Ben Botica puts Tim Visser in with an offload and the Scotland winger burned his way to the line for the opening try.

Sterling work and reward for fine play. Botica adds the extras. Quins now lead.

  4. Gloucester 3-0 Waspspublished at 15:06 Greenwich Mean Time 5 March 2016

And the home side go in front as Wasps are pulled for not releasing. Strong defence from Gloucester as they force the turnover in front of the posts.

Greig Laidlaw sends his kick straight through the uprights.

  5. Sale Sharks 9-6 Harlequinspublished at 15:05

Six and half minutes to go and the lead for the home side is just three points after Ben Botica reduces Harlequins' arrears on the board.

Sale dominating the set-piece but in broken field, in the loose it's much of a muchness. Good solid open game.

Could a call from down under tempt Bath number eight Leroy Houston to return to his native Australia?

Wallabies coach Michael Cheika reportedly wants to see the uncapped 29-year-old make a Super Rugby switch.

Bath coach Neil Hatley, somewhat expectedly, says the Premiership side want Houston to stay.

In a late change, the number eight starts against bottom side London Irish as Bath look for their first win in three games.

  9. Sale Sharks 9-3 Harlequinspublished at 14:57

Hard to gauge this game at the moment. Both teams have had field position and pressure. Both teams are playing open rugby.

Sale have the advantage on the scoreboard though at present, extended by another Joe Ford penalty - three on the bounce now.

  11. Who should Eddie Jones be watching? #bbcrugbypublished at 14:54

The Premiership becomes a shop window for England coach Eddie Jones and his coaching staff this afternoon, with a number of candidates for international selection involved.

Jones will have to wait to get a glimpse of Danny Cipriani in the opening game of the day, with Sale boss Steve Diamond opting for Joe Ford at fly-half.

However, the likes of Ben Foden, Luther Burrell, Alex Goode, Jackson Wray and Matt Kvesic are all on show.

  12. Kick-off: Take three, approachingpublished at 14:52 Greenwich Mean Time 5 March 2016

The last two of the day's four matches will be kicking off at 15:15 GMT, with Bath hosting bottom side London Irish while Northampton have made the trip to leaders Saracens.

Match build-up and team news to follow.

  13. Sale 6-3 Harlequinspublished at 14:50

Harlequins are turning the screw... Ben Botica thumps a penalty to touch and Quins will drive from about five away off the line out.

Loose line-out regathered... the drive is on! A try could be coming...

  14. Sale Sharks 6-3 Harlequinspublished at 14:45

Repeat penalties for Sale gives them a chance to pot-shot at goal through Joe Ford, and the older brother of the England fly-half tacks on another three.

The home side, who have not lost here in 11 months, are dominant at the scrum so far.

    Gloucester v Wasps (15:00 GMT)

Only eight points separate third-placed Wasps from eighth-placed Gloucester, but the Cherry and Whites haven't beaten today's visitors since September 2012.

Wasps are also the in-form side in the Premiership, having won their last six matches.

It should be a tight affair though as Gloucester are on a good run themselves, having only lost one of their last nine home games.

They'll be hoping to keep old boy Dan Robson quiet as he makes his first return to Kingsholm since his departure in the summer.

  16. Sale Sharks 3-3 Harlequinspublished at 14:40

Harlequins levelled up with a bullet from Ben Botica... sneaking inside the upright after Ben Briggs infringed.

Marland Yarde looks to have a bit of menace about him, breaking the line in the build up to that scrum award for Quins.

Penalty count going against Sale at the moment. But it's all level.

We're approaching kick-off at Kingsholm so let's get some team news.

  20. Sale Sharks 3-0 Harlequinspublished at 14:35

Joe Ford makes a lively start as do Sale who take the lead, punishing a Nick Easter error to smash a penalty off the tee.

Looks like we're in for an open game from the opening phases.
