Watson was shown a straight red card for taking Sarries full-back Alex Goode out in the air with half an hour to go.
The visitors were already 18-3 ahead at the time, with Will Fraser and Mike Ellery both crossing before the break.
Two tries for Ashton, banned for making contact with the eyes of Ulster's Luke Marshall, sealed Saracens' bonus point.

Mercifully from Bath's point of view, Saracens opt to kick for touch and bring this game to an end rather than push for a fifth try. Saracens have won, convincingly, and it has been very comfortable.
In surely the last play of the game. Saracens win yet another penalty. It is the 13th that Bath have conceded tonight. The visitors have the ball five metres out. The 80 minutes are up.
Bath look sure to score their second try but the ball is knocked on when Rhys Priestland was in a good position. More frustration for the hosts.
Lock Dave Attwood, it's worth us mentioning, has lasted the full game here on his return after a lengthy spell on the sidelines with a neck injury. Before the match he admitted he probably wasn't fully match fit, but his fitness boost could prove to be one of the few positives for Bath tonight.

Straight down the other end, Saracens punish Bath with another sublime team try. Chris Ashton has his second of the night on his first match back after 10 weeks out, thanks to a perfect flick back inside to him from Will Fraser. They have a bonus point now too, and surely a comfortable win.
... And the imperious Owen Farrell curls over the conversion as well. That was class.
Wing Semesa Rokoduguni is almost in for Bath but can't quite claim a high ball in the corner and eventually the referee gives a penalty to Saracens and the hosts may have missed a big chance there.
Bath haven't given this up yet. They win another penalty and George Ford kicks for territory. The crowd roar. They're a man down. They need another score quickly.

There's relief for Saracens' Neil de Kock as he is almost caught out by an awkward bouncing ball, but it is short lived, as moments later, Bath drive and drive and Leroy Houston peels away to touch down in the corner.
The hosts have hope! Chris Cook is back on the field now too, after his sin bin. And George Ford's conversion reduces the deficit to 13 points.

He has plenty of space and the England wing easily crosses for his third Premiership try of the season.

Bath are down to 13 men now as Chris Cook is shown a yellow card for a dangerous tackle.
Bath are very, very angry with that decision. Would a yellow card have been more appropriate? Alex Goode was lucky not to be badly injured though. The debate will continue for quite some time.
The game is surely over now though as Anthony Watson was arguably Bath's best player before that incident.
