Small Man Peaky: How is the Ricoh not at capacity for a game like this? The two best teams in the NH and vast swathes of seats empty.

Partly because this match is at the Madejski Stadium rather than the Ricoh SMP. It has not been a busy week on pre-orders for either semi-final. There have reportedly been 36,000 tickets sold across the two games - 90,000 fewer than for the same games seven seasons ago.

BBC Radio 5 live sports extra

Former Scotland scrum-half Rory Lawson on BBC Radio 5 live sports extra: "I thought initially that it had to be a try and that Frank Halai had simply not gathered the ball. On replay though you can see the nudge by Chris Ashton. You could call it either way and I understand why the referee has given the penalty to Saracens."

Pick the bones out of that one - the ball was grubbered through by Farrell, Halai seemed to have it covered but Ashton shoulder barged him without the ball. Halai lost it, Taylor touched down, but that looked like the right decision by the TMO. It's a contact sport but it was a tackle off the ball and it was without the arms...

A let-off for Wasps and now they have the put-in at the scrum after a knock-on. Gopperth bounces off a couple of Sarries tackles but the hosts turn it over and send it wide in the blink of an eye... since that first-minute try by Wasps, it's been all Saracens... kick through, Taylor gets it down, but was there a Wasps hand on it beforehand?

Great noise around this stadium after that early Wasps try. Not a sound that's been heard that often this season with London Irish as the home side.

Many were off their seats as soon as Christian Wade had ball in hand and his mesmeric run did the rest to set up the chance for Dan Robson to finish.

    Superb start to this one.

    Saracens 0-7 Wasps

Farrell has turned down the kick for goal, opting instead for the line-out drive. They finally get one after some clogging by Wasps but when the ball goes wide, it's fluffed again. But they were playing the advantage for off-side and this time they opt for the three points. Odd, really - why kick for the corner one minute and take the points the next? No idea what happened there, that was about as bad as I've ever seen Farrell kick it...

Vunipola blasts through a couple of tackles off the back of the line-out, and here's his brother Mako doing much the same... Saracens finally send it wide but Barritt's pass was awry and it comes to nothing... but now Wyles has it on the other flank and Saracens eventually win the penalty...

Referee Poite gives both packs a stern talking to but the scrum collapses again and it's a Sarries penalty. Farrell kicks to the corner, Saracens line-out inside the Wasps 22.

BBC Radio 5 live sports extra

Former Scotland scrum-half Rory Lawson on BBC Radio 5 live sports extra: "What a score from Wasps! They went 65-70m to score! Why change your philosophy when you have the ability to crack open one of the best defences in Europe?

"The supporting run of Dan Robson was superb. As a former scrum-half I really enjoyed that."

    Saracens 0-7 Wasps

Here's Wade down the right flank... inside to Robson... TRY! What a start that is, Wade collecting the ball on the halfway line, beating two men, passing inside to Robson, who wrong-foots his marker with a magnificent step off his left foot and scrambles over. Gopperth slippers over the extras, Sarries caught cold...

    Saracens v Wasps (15:00 BST)

Former Scotland scum-half Rory Lawson on BBC Radio 5 live sports extra: "It is a new chapter for Wasps this season, moving away from London, a clutch of new players coming in and establishing financial security.

"That gives the guys on the pitch the ability to express themselves. The likes of Charles Piutau and George Smith have come in to supplement the likes of Christian Wade and Elliott Daly who have been there for a while. They looked dead and buried against Exeter in the quarter-final, but that comeback showed the belief in the squad."

  15. Sarries on the attack?published at 14:56

Saracens coach Mark McCall says his side will look to attack against Wasps, even though that might mean opening up the game for Wasps' runners.

"We don't want to be tentative or afraid of the consequences of losing. We want to attack the game and enjoy our rugby, because when our team enjoy themselves on the pitch, we are normally pretty good."

Wasps fans certainly winning the battle of the support in this one before kick-off.

The stadium is by no means full, but Dai Young's side will certainly have the more vocal support.

A huge number of fans waited outside to greet the Wasps players off the coach earlier and the noise could be heard from inside the ground.

Wasps were out of sorts for a few years but coach Dai Young has overseen some frightening displays this season. Wasps won a Champions Cup pool that featured Toulon, Leinster and Bath and pulled off a St Valentine's Day massacre of Saracens, winning 64-23 at Allianz Park. That match took place when both sides were without their international players, but it should not be entirely discounted.
