Gloucester are in a brilliant position and Wasps are on the back foot once again.

Ben Morgan with a determined break and Billy Burns dinks a perfect kick into touch to pin Wasps in their own half.

Henry Purdy then finds space and Gloucester are beginning to pick holes in the Wasps defence. They're looking the better ball carriers in this second period.

  2. Penalty (Gopperth)published at 47 mins

    Gloucester 10-8 Wasps

Jimmy Gopperth is on target with his second attempt of the afternoon and he reduces the deficit to two points.

    Gloucester 10-5 Wasps

Gloucester are penalised at the scrum for not pushing straight and from a good position, Danny Cipriani wants to kick to the corner.

But it's Jimmy Gopperth with the ball in his hand and he'll line up an attempt at goal.

And they're frustrated once again. Henry Purdy disrupts the attack as Kyle Eastmond waits for the ball on the right wing.

It's a line-out to Wasps five-metres out from the line but Gloucester spoil the party once again and Willi Heinz alleviates some of the pressure with a good kick to touch.

And Wasps have started the brighter here. Gloucester's defence can't keep hold of Thomas Young who breaks through a couple of tackles to put his side on the front foot.

Wasps are showing more spark as they recycle the ball quickly, but they need to turn this possession into points.

  9. Nine-try England ease past Fijipublished at 17:20 Greenwich Mean Time 19 November 2016

    England 58-15 Fiji

England stretch their winning run to 12 matches as they run in nine tries against Fiji at Twickenham.

Tries from Jamie Joseph, Elliot Daly, Semesa Rokoduguni, Teimana Harrison and Joe Launchbury gave England a big lead.

Fiji hit back as Nemani Nadolo, Leone Nakarawa and Metuisela Talebula scored either side of the break.

But further scores from Joe Launchbury (two), Joseph, Alex Goode and Rokoduguni saw England cruise well past the half-century mark.

So it's one try apiece at Kingsholm.

Thomas Young opened the scoring for Wasps after a James Hook penalty before Richard Hibbard replied for the Cherry and Whites.

Gloucester will go in the happier side at the break, with Wasps still looking to get into their stride.

As predicted, Hook has the aim but his attempt falls just short.

  13. Gloucester captain in action... way up northpublished at 17:12 Greenwich Mean Time 19 November 2016

    Scotland 3-0 Argentina

Autumn international action continues this afternoon with Scotland hosting Argentina at Murrayfield.

There is obvious Gloucester interest in that one with Greig Laidlaw leading Scotland around the park today. True to form, he lands the game's first point with a penalty early on.

Keen to keep across that action as well, follow the BBC Sport live text commentary here.

    Gloucester 10-5 Wasps

Wasps get lucky at the line-out though and Danny Cipriani's kick gets them up to half-way.

Christian Wade is fed the ball on the wing by Dan Robson, but he takes no more than two steps before Willi Heinz shoots across to bring him down.

And Gloucester have another penalty. They'll take a shot at goal but it's a long way out.

I'd be surprised if he has the legs for this one.

    Gloucester 10-5 Wasps

Wasps haven't quite found their rhythm in this first-half and their flowing rugby from the start of the season seems to have got lost.

Gloucester, buoyed by the endless cheers from the home crowd, will be happy so far and they've pinned Wasps back in their own half once again.

    Gloucester 10-5 Wasps

We've had little glimpses of brilliance this afternoon but the ball is being played through the forward packs at the moment.

Wasps send a few big men on the crash ball before Dan Robson chips over the top.

But Danny Cipriani is penalised for going to early and turning his back in the air. Nothing malicious there, just bad timing.

    Gloucester 10-5 Wasps

Wasps full-back Rob Miller makes a brilliant break and he's in clear water but his decision to go to the right rather than his left, with Dan Robson in support, is the wrong one.

The attack breaks down and Gloucester have the put-in at the scrum, before Matt Mullan is penalised and the home side win the penalty.

    Gloucester 10-5 Wasps

So Welsh players have conjured up 10 points for Gloucester this afternoon inside the first quarter of this game.

Some fans in Cardiff might be thinking the two former-internationals are playing at the wrong stadium....

But the game continues at a ferocious pace here at Kingsholm as Jimmy Gopperth slices his kick straight into touch and we end up with a Gloucester line-out.

Try (Hibbard, con Hook)published at 20 mins

    Gloucester 10-5 Wasps

A first try of the season for Richard Hibbard, who's had an excellent start to this game.

And our second push-over try of the afternoon, this time it goes to Gloucester.

Not the expansive game we were hoping for so far, but excellent power from both packs.

And it's the Welsh at the double as James Hook converts his second kick of the afternoon to add two more points.

    Gloucester 3-5 Wasps

Gloucester win the penalty in their own half but the decision is to go to the corner.

They look to get their rolling maul going and once again their forwards are working well.

They're held up just short of the line, twice.

And they'll be a five-metre scrum. The Wasps line is being battered here.
