  1. Postpublished at 16 mins

    Gloucester 3-5 Wasps

An explosive start to this game as Gloucester run some lovely lines before Billy Burns is absolutely flattened by the Wasps defence.

He bounces back though and his chip over the top dribbles into touch.

Wasps line-out on their own five-metre line and the ball is collected beautifully by Kearnen Myall.

    This is hectic.

Try (Young, missed con Gopperth)published at 12 mins

    Gloucester 3-5 Wasps

Wasps score their 32nd try of the season through flanker Thomas Young.

They get good ball off the line-out on the five-metre line and there is no stopping a very well worked move.

Jimmy Gopperth, back in the centre this afternoon, puts his first kick of the afternoon wide.

    Gloucester 3-0 Wasps

Gloucester secure a difficult line-out under huge pressure, but they're not out of trouble yet.

They'll have the put-in at the scrum deep inside their own 22.

  4. Penalty (Hook)published at 6 mins

    Gloucester 3-0 Wasps

Excellent work by Gloucester at the breakdown.

Some ferocious tackling by Richard Hibbard, who might have been a useful addition to Wales' defensive line in Cardiff today!

But he's won his side a penalty and another Welshman, James Hook, gives Gloucester the lead.

  5. Postpublished at 3 mins

    Gloucester 0-0 Wasps

We've got a slightly slippery surface here at Kingsholm but the drizzle has subsided, good news for running rugby.

Gloucester win the first penalty of the day but Wasps steal the line-out in a scrappy start to the game.

  6. Kick-offpublished at 16:30

    Gloucester 0-0 Wasps

Billy Burns gets us under way as Wasps look to move to the top of the table.

The form guide suggests an away win for Wasps but Gloucester could well upset the odds.

But let's turn our attention back to the Premiership now as the Kingsholm crowd take their seats.

  8. FT: England 58-15 Fijipublished at 16:25 Greenwich Mean Time 19 November 2016

Nine tries for England who were rampant at Twickenham this afternoon and run out convincing winners over Fiji.

Three tries for the visitors though, so things to work on for the men in white. But Eddie Jones will be happy with that performance.

  9. FT: Wales 33-30 Japanpublished at 16:23 Greenwich Mean Time 19 November 2016

Wales survive by the skin of their teeth.

Sam Davies' last-minute drop-goal hands the Welsh victory in Cardiff, but by the smallest of margins.

A lucky escape but I doubt there will be celebrations in the dressing room.

  14. FORM GUIDEpublished at 16:07 Greenwich Mean Time 19 November 2016

    Gloucester v Wasps (16:30 GMT)

Wasps have not won away from home since beating Northampton 20-15 on 24 September. But since then their only Premiership defeat was the 30-14 loss at Saracens in round six.

Gloucester have lost their past four home Premiership games and have have never lost five in a row at Kingsholm in Premiership Rugby.

Wasps have won on only three of their past 10 Premiership visits to Kingsholm, including last season's 13-10 defeat in the corresponding fixture.

  15. International updatepublished at 16:03 Greenwich Mean Time 19 November 2016

Over on the international side of the game, England are looking rather comfortable against Fiji as their revival under Eddie Jones continues. It's currently England 53-15 Fiji with 15 minutes remaining.

Wales, on the other hand, have found things slightly tougher against the 2015 World Cup heroes Japan. It's not inspiring rugby from the Welshmen in Cardiff, and the crowd aren't happy.

It's Wales 27-23 Japan and this one's going down to the wire.

  16. As things standpublished at 15:59 Greenwich Mean Time 19 November 2016

    Gloucester v Wasps (16:30 GMT)

So, Bath set the scene on Friday night by going top of the table.

Victory for Wasps at Gloucester this afternoon, however, would be enough to move them to the summit.

Oh, but the potential game of leap-frog doesn't end there.

Saracens also have the chance of returning to the top if they get the better of Sale tomorrow. Things are tight at this early stage of the campaign.

Stephen Myler kicked six penalties as Northampton came from behind at Sixways to end Worcester's unbeaten home Premiership record this season.

Warriors led 10-9 at the break after Wynand Olivier cleverly created a gap for winger Dean Hammond to score.

But Myler landed five more penalties before Worcester scored again with a minute left through Bryce Heem.

Worcester earned a last-minute penalty from halfway, but Jamie Shillcock's kick fell just short.

Full-back Tom Homer slotted three penalties and a conversion to add to Jack Wilson's try to earn Todd Blackadder's side four crucial points.

Bristol battled hard, with three penalties from young stand-off Billy Searle earning them a bonus point. But they're now seven points adrift at the bottom of the table.
