Justin Tipuric with some fine work on the deck, hauling his man to the floor, leaping to his feet and plunging back down to tie up the ball and earn Wales the penalty for not releasing.

Leigh Halfpenny calls for the tee.

    Scotland 6-10 Wales

A little bit of nonsense erupts as Ali Price and Rhys Webb have a scrum-half tiff and Zander Fagerson comes clumping in to add his two cents and the two packs follow.

All sorted out without any cards.

Hamish Watson is on for John Hardie at openside by the way.

    Finn Russell

Finn Russell pops over the kick to bring Scotland back to within four.

  5. Postpublished at 28 mins

    Scotland 3-10 Wales

Sam Warburton has gone high on Scotland scrum-half Ali Price - an occupational hazard with a good half foot in height difference.

But it is a penalty and Finn Russell is setting his sights...

    Scotland 3-10 Wales

    Martyn Williams
Former Wales captain on BBC One

In the good old days we would've got away with that one. A clever one from Rhys Webb but just enough to give a penalty. Debatable though.

    Scotland 3-10 Wales

Rhys Webb's tugged back Tommy Seymour as the Scotland winger attempted to get across to Liam Williams.

Webb pleads his innocence - all wide eyes and butter-won't-melt looks - but he is bang to rights.

    Scotland off the hook...

    Scotland 3-10 Wales

Scotland cut to ribbons in defence by Rhys Webb. Liam Williams racing through on Stuart Hogg...

    Where's his support?

Rob Evans is there. The ball spills forward.

But is there some foul play in the backplay? The referee is going upstairs...

Liam Williams is a man on fire. Five clean line breaks in the Championship so far.

But this was all about the quick thinking of Rhys Webb. The speed of the quick tap and Scotland's defence didn't have time to get organised.

  12. 'Simple try for Wales'published at 14:53 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2017

    Scotland 3-10 Wales

    Rob Jones
Former Wales scrum-half on BBC Radio 5 live sports extra

That was a simple try for Wales and Rhys Webb was once again at the heart of it.

Converted try - Scotland 3-10 Walespublished at 14:51 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2017

    Liam Williams, con Halfpenny

Quick thinking and even quicker hands.

Scotland give away the free-kick at scrum time and the whistle is barely out of John Lacey's mouth before Rhys Webb has tapped and gone.

Wales spin wide, work the numbers and Leigh Halfpenny draws Scotland opposite number Stuart Hogg and puts Liam Williams away in the corner.

Halfpenny with a trademark pin-point conversion.

Alexander Haldane:  Too many penalties being given away, Scotland need to keep it tight.

Ben Wire:  About to take off from Geneva for Edinburgh. Will be over when I land. Hope the Flower of Scotland has bloomed when I land.

Jonny:  Happy that Lacey has had a word with Biggar. He literally can't stop having a go can he. Warburton's quite good though.

    Scotland 3-3 Wales

    Rob Jones
Former Wales scrum-half on BBC Radio 5 live sports extra

Tim Visser is a big man. George North is a slightly bigger man! There was only going to be one winner there.

    Scotland 3-3 Wales

Scotland have clearly decided to bombard the Wales back three.

Another bomb goes up from scrum-half Ali Price. Tim Visser gets the tap-back, but only into touch.

Wales have more luck as George North chases up a kick and ties up Visser, keeping his opposite number off the floor and earning Wales a scrum just outside the Scotland 22m.

    Problems for Scotland.

Prop Gordon Reid, who got a bit of a knock in the warm-up, is getting some cold spray on his knee.

John Hardie at open-side flanker is also struggling.

The one thing which will frustrate the Scottish defence is the number of line breaks in and around the breakdown. Rhys Webb has already had a few.

  19. Postpublished at 20 mins

    Scotland 3-3 Wales

Sam Warburton pilfers the ball, limpeting onto a fallen Scot and forcing the turnover. Excellent spadework from the former Wales captain.

But Scotland are plenty competitive at the breakdown. They strip the ball from an isolated red shirt to immediately steal possession back.

    Scotland 3-3 Wales

Leigh Halfpenny with a superb leap and take off another high ball.

A rumble by Ross Moriarty, George North handing off and bumping off a tackler, but Wales get a little over-ambitious.

Ball to ground and scooped up by Scotland.

A kick into the open acres behind Halfpenny, but that has run over the try line and is dotted down by a red shirt.

    Drop-out Wales.
