With a free play, a crossfield kick is gathered by Adam Thompstone out wide but in trying to challenge him, Quins full-back Aaron Morris takes him out in the air to prevent him from scoring.

It was in possible red card territory, but the referee decided just a yellow and what would have been a try.

Thompstone is taking off for a head injury assessment and Freddie Burns extends Leicester's lead.

Big call. Big, big call by Dominic Barrow.

A five metre penalty from not a difficult kicking angle and they go for the corner and the line-out.

Just as Harlequins' first points of the game gave them a boost of confidence in everything they did, Leicester are now playing with a bit more oomph.

They're deep into Quins territory again, going through phases.

    Game on.

Harlequins do well initially to keep out wave and wave of Leicester attack, but with quick ball Sam Harrison backs himself off the back of the ruck and spins, turns and dives over the line.

Freddie Burns is on target for two more.

Not too much action to write home about in the opening minutes.

Harlequins full-back Aaron Morris takes a high ball out of the air and it is then cleared from their territory.

I think everything Leicester have tried to do has been obvious to the opposition.

They're just not on fire, and there's been some reckless play as well.

They've had ample possession and ample territory, they've just not converted it into points.

The man heading to Bath next season, Freddie Burns, has no where near the length on his kick and that's the last action of the half.

Leicester on top in the first quarter, Harlequins in the second, and Alofa Alofa's try the real difference between the two.

Both sides will still fancy this.

An interesting end to the half.

Leicester have a penalty, the referee makes the mark but then brings fly-half Freddie Burns five yards back and won't let me change the call to have a shot at goal.

They might not have been in the game much in the opening quarter but that is a 10 point lead now for Harlequins as Ruaridh Jackson, just, knocks the ball between the uprights

A driving maul with some intent of the back off the line-out from Harlequins makes a good 15 metres forward before Leicester decide they can do nothing but bring it down.

Harlequins taking a shot at the sticks.

Leicester work it through 10 phases but can only get the to edge of Harlequins' 22 metre line, where the ball is then knocked on.

Some dogged defence by Quins in the tight.

One or two of Harlequins' England contigent in attendance tonight with their Six Nations game against Italy on Sunday.

Quins fly-half Nick Evans and Leicester prop Ellis Genge just receiving treatment - Evans is off after last 32 minutes following three months out, Ruaridh Jackoson on.

Leicester captain for the night Dominic Barrow with a monstrous hit on Harlequin scrum-half Charlie Mulchrone - that seemed almost unfair with a lock smashing a scrum-half.

This game is bubbling up nicely.

    Harlequins are a team transformed.

Another break, this time down the left and it is fine work by Aaron Morris who was involved in the build up to the first try.

Telusa Veainu does well to gather the kick through and run it out.

  19. try

That penalty bursts Harlequins into life!

A couple of flat lines hit on the gain line and then Matt Hopper's grubber kick forward comes off the flag on the try line and, luckily, bounces into the onrushing Alofa Alofa to place down.

From the left touchline, Nick Evans slots his second of the night.

Leicester going over the ball at ruck time and Nick Evans marks his comeback with his first successful kick of the night.
