Doddie Weir and his sons Hamish, Angus and Ben will deliver the match ball.
The Scotland legend announced earlier this year that he is suffering from motor neurone disease.
He gets an astonishing ovation and nods to all four stands before leaving close to tears with the emotion of it all.
A sobering, human moment.

Plenty of comments about the late scores being harsh on Australia, but when New Zealand do that we praise them playing right to the final minute. No luck, total credit to England.
Oliver
If England scored all these tries in the first 10 minutes and then the rest of the game was attritional no one would say they didn’t deserve it, so why is it different in the last 10?

It's a huge challenge, but Scotland have improved without doubt in the last two years.
Having said that, to win tonight they'll need every player from one to 23 to put in a nine out of 10 performance.
I'm excited. I want to see if the likes of Jonny Gray, Finn Russell and Tommy Seymour can do it up against the very best.
Scotland v New Zealand (17:15 GMT)
Stuart Hogg is moist of eye as he belts out Flower of Scotland.
The Scotland full-back, deprived of the chance to face the All Blacks as a Lions through injury, is itching to make his mark.
Now the haka. Led by replacement TJ Perenara, it is full of venom, but doused in cries of "Scotland, Scotland" from the stands.

A crisp, clear evening in Edinburgh - perfect conditions for running rugby. Gregor Townsend wants his side to play high octane, high tempo rugby. New Zealand though wrote the playbook and will be hard to stop when they start to click.
The world champions score on average 31 points a test match. And what about the battle upfront? Scotland are missing eight players in their pack. The All Blacks tight five will be licking their lips.
Scotland v New Zealand (17:15 GMT)
Steve Hansen rested some of his big guns in the Rugby Championship to keep them fresh for the end-of-season tour and the All Blacks coach has picked a punch XV for today.
Flying wing Rieko Ioane and fly-half sting-puller Beauden Barrett are all present and correct.
Sonny Bill Williams is doing his thing in the centres and captain Kieran Read leads the thing from number eight.
However the luckless Dane Coles - who ruptured knee ligaments against France last weekend - is missing.
New Zealand team: Damian McKenzie; Waisake Naholo, Ryan Crotty, Sonny Bill Williams, Rieko Ioane; Beauden Barrett, Aaron Smith; Kane Hames, Codie Taylor, Nepo Laulala, Luke Romano, Samuel Whitelock, Vaea Fifita, Sam Cane, Kieran Read (capt).
Replacements: Nathan Harris, Wyatt Crockett, Ofa Tu'ungafasi, Liam Squire, Matt Todd, TJ Perenara, Lima Sopoaga, Anton Lienert-Brown.
Scotland v New Zealand (17:15 GMT)
Gregor Townsend has made two injury-enforced changes to his Scotland line-up for Saturday's autumn Test meeting with New Zealand at Murrayfield.
Prop Zander Fagerson replaces WP Nel, who fractured his arm in the win over Samoa, with Simon Berghan on the bench.
Cornell du Preez makes his first Test start at number eight in place of Ryan Wilson, who has a shoulder injury.
It is an all-Glasgow backline with Stuart Hogg, Huw Jones, Finn Russell and Ali Price trying to bring some Scotstoun magic down the M8.
Scotland: Stuart Hogg; Tommy Seymour, Huw Jones, Alex Dunbar, Lee Jones; Finn Russell, Ali Price (all Glasgow); Darryl Marfo, Stuart McInally (both Edinburgh), Zander Fagerson (Glasgow), Ben Toolis (Edinburgh), Jonny Gray (Glasgow), John Barclay (captain - Scarlets), Hamish Watson, Cornell du Preez (both Edinburgh).
Replacements: George Turner, Jamie Bhatti (both Glasgow), Simon Berghan, Grant Gilchrist (both Edinburgh), Luke Hamilton Leicester), Henry Pyrgos, Pete Horne (both Glasgow), Byron McGuigan (Sale).
Scotland v New Zealand (17:15 GMT)
Meanwhile over in Edinburgh, the atmosphere is sizzling.
Murrayfield is being raked by blue and purple laser lights.
It feels special. As it always does with the All Blacks in town.
A quick check on the team news...

Jones 5-0 Cheika. In Oz that's a point proved.
Anthony, Barnet.
Following England's 3-0 series win in Australia and a home victory last year, Eddie Jones' England are enjoying an excellent run against Cheika's Australia...
England 30-6 Australia
The coaches' words are going to be interesting, especially Australia's Michael Cheika.
Australia were a try review from going level on 70 minutes, but that got rapidly out of hand at the death.

Kritt Normsaskul: Wow, this is an extraordinary scoreline.
Jonnie Horden: Safe to say England have had the bounce of the ball in this match. Tough to see the breaks go against Australia.
Kenny: What a tense second half. Plenty of decisions which went England's way. Do we care the Aussies "don't deserve" to lose by 24? Not. A. Jot.

This England bench have made a massive, massive impact.

Danny Care
England rub salt into the wound with another opportunistic try to rack up their biggest win ever over Australia.
A loose pass goes to ground, Jonny May chips the ball up into his own hands and gallops downfield.
He is stopped just short, but Danny Care is on hand to take the offload and dive over.
This is all a little unfair to the Aussies.
Jonny May
Danny Care might be asking for an upgrade from finisher to starter after this cameo.
The replacement scrum-half has the ball on a string off the boot, dribbling a delicious grubber through for Jonny May to burst onto and pinball through a couple of defenders to score.
Conversion missed, but the scoreline has been plumped up nicely, perhaps unfairly, already.

Kenny Kong: What a dramatic five minutes! From a potentially even score to two tries clear in one attack.
Nick Hughes: I love England winning as much as the next guy, but it would be fair to say we've had a bit of luck today.
England 20-6 Australia
Just six minutes left on the clock now.
Australia could have been level had their try been allowed.
Instead they have been caught with a body-blow sucker punch.
They are throwing caution to the wind and the ball to the wing, but this is a lost cause.
