It's a meeting of two sides who are out of form at Twickenham today, and both clubs are further down the table than they would wish to be.

Quins have won only one of their last four Premiership games - a narrow victory over Saracens - and are ninth in the table.

The visitors Northampton are one place below them and are on an even worse run, suffering six straight defeats in the league.

Director of rugby Jim Mallinder paid the price with his job, with Alan Dickens placed in temporary charge until Alan Gaffney arrives at technical coaching consultant on New Year's Day.

However, Saints have won five of their last six Premiership meetings with Harlequins and will leap the hosts if they win today.

There is a late change on the bench as well, with David Ribbans replacing Michael Paterson amongst the subs.

This is the 10th year of what Quins call the 'Big Game'.

Will we see the same kind of drama to end 2018?
