Where do England go from here? I'm really not sure.

There is some some long, hard thinking to be done that's for sure.

Eddie Jones' side have lost five Test matches in a row.

We are going to call it a day here. Thanks very much for joining me today and for getting involved.

    Goodbye.

Mark: RFU need to just show Eddie Jones the door now before its too late. No idea what he's doing picking these players. Clearly need something new in the set-up.

More from England head coach Eddie Jones.

Asked if he was the man to find the answers for England, he said: "100 per cent."

And when asked why, the Australian said: "Because I can coach."

He added: "We're missing 25 players from this tour, the players here are making a great fist of it and we're going to keep at it and keep working."

  5. 'We will find a solution'published at 18:34 British Summer Time 16 June 2018

    FT: South Africa 23-12 England

England head coach Eddie Jones: "It was pretty much like last week, in the first 10 minutes we played some superlative rugby but we just don't handle the key moments in the game.

[We gave away a] different sort of penalties this week, set-piece penalties, last week it was a lot in open play. We're a bit like a old car at the moment - you fix one bit and another part breaks down.

"Sometimes you go through these periods and we need to work at it and find a solution, and we will do.

"We're playing against a reinvigorated South African side, playing in front of big crowds, and we just aren't good enough to turn it at the moment."

DeathApeDisco: Everything basically went wrong England ignored Woodward's recommendations and blueprint for future success, didn't it?

Paul Carnell: Farrell needs tackling lessons from his father. 9/10 channel weak. Discipline was rubbish. Ford, once pressure applied was in effectual, and feel sorry for Slade and CiprianiBrown has been great for England, not a wing.

Mike: This hurts. England are in freefall. Half the players cant think straight under pressure. They need replacing and Jones needs to fall on his sword.

Mark: England's players as usual good at talking a game not so good at delivering.

Steve West: England were disappointing but Ben Youngs' post match 'sentence' was a disgrace. Very poor example to young England fans watching at home with their stunned parents. I hope he apologises.

Andrew: Give the 10 shirt to Cipriani, and I don't just mean for Cape Town next week. Only a good Autumn International series will save Jones ahead of the 2019 6N.

What an earth are they doing going back down to Durban - when you've just lost at altitude. If you're going to give Danny Cipriani a chance, why not give him more time, 13 minutes is not enough. It was easy for South Africa - England had no structure in attack.

Why was no England player able to see what was going wrong during the game?

"We want to learn lessons now. 2019 (World Cup) is part of the big picture but we want to start winning now."

Andy Pearce: Well that was an utterly abysmal game. Are England trying to set new world records every game for successive brainless penalties?
