Nick Hughes: Plenty of missed penalties in this match but good god, Wales play the worst brand of rugby. Maybe it works at home but it's so slow. Last week was attacking, this is awful. It won't work at the World Cup.

    Wales 10-6 England

Wales are edging towards that world number one spot.

Elliot Daly goes long but can only find Leigh Halfpenny, who dinks it over the England defence and catches his own kick to a roar of delight inside the Principality.

England are caught offside, and Wales take a welcome breather.

I think they're all flopping in there for a rest to be honest.

    And here we go again!

The whistle goes, but Wyn Jones drives Kyle Sinckler back 20 metres and a mash of red and white bodies come together in a fit of limbs. Anthony Watson has a dig at Ross Moriarty, but it's all a lot of nothing really.

Warren Gatland, already without one senior fly-half after Gareth Anscombe's injury, might wish Dan Biggar was a little less fond of rugby's physical side.

Biggar, who's received treatment on numerous occasions, has just leapt into Maro Itoje with a thumping, chest-high tackle. A fly-half with little regard for his own safety.

Aled Davies, showboating with a no-look pass to Alun Wyn Jones 10 metres from the England line. Wales go left but suddenly Maro Itoje comes bursting through the line after a sneaky intercept.

Dan Biggar leaps into him with a full body tackle around the stomach. Suddenly this game has come alive...

Wales have a bit of a forward emergency here with lock Jake Ball having treatment.

Wales' second-row cover Aaron Shingler is already on the field for flanker Aaron Wainwright with Josh Navidi also having replaced James Davies.

Hooker Elliot Dee is on at flanker while Shingler will have to move up to lock.

There are two hookers on the field for Wales now with only one specialist lock. Ken Owens was pressed into emergency service as a No8 for Scarlets last season and performed well in an unfamiliar role.

Wales will be concerned about their second-row resources with Bradley Davies, Cory Hill and Adam Beard missing from this match already.

Great break from England as Jamie George sells a dummy and flicks on to Ben Youngs. The scrum-half has Anthony Watson there in support, pumping his knees high and carrying deep into Welsh territory.

Wales scramble, and bring down the flying England wing before getting bodies around the ball quickly.

Most exciting attack of the match so far from England's point of view, though it ends with Wales winning back possession. Dan Biggar still looking a little tentative for the hosts, too.

You would have thought three points would have come from that for Wales but it's initiative back to England.

    Wales 10-6 England

Wales find themselves camped on the England five-metre line after going through the phases. A roar of "Wales, Wales" rings out around the Principality but England are standing firm. And get the penalty. Wales' hard work comes to a disappointing end.

Right then, inside the final 20 minutes.

Owen Farrell gets the Welsh line turning and Dan Biggar responds by booting into touch.

England attempt to generate an overlap on the left but Jamie George is forced inside and Dillon Lewis gobbles up a white shirt to win the penalty and earn warm applause.

Manu Tuilagi was impressive last week when he came on. When you bring him and Kyle Sinckler on it just tells you the strength and depth, especially with the size of the people coming on.

Manu Tuilagi has come on for George Ford, prompting a backline reshuffle for the men in white. Owen Farrell is into fly-half, Tuilagi and Jonathan Joseph in midfield.

Dan Cole has given was to Kyle Sinckler at tighthead prop.

Jeremy Collins: Watching all blacks dismantle Australia earlier, in comparison, this is pedestrian, club rugby, going on this performance, neither team will go too far in world Cup. Boring.
