Wales will be really happy after the start. It's brutal out there, physical. It's now which team can cope with that tempo in the second half. Wales will want to come out and tire those Fijian players out, they look absolutely shattered.

Some of the crowd don't like it, but that ball was well forward. Fiji do look dangerous as soon as they get beyond that Welsh first-line defence, one on ones.

Huge moments now just before half-time.

Fiji are causing Wales loads of problems.

Semi Radradra re-gathers Ben Volavola kick ahead and then Viliama Mata motors into the corner!

But Volavola's floated pass over the top to the number eight has drifted forward.

It's been a half of two quarters for Wales wing Josh Adams.

He had an extremely testing start to the game, getting brushed aside for both Fijian tries, knocking on and throwing a hospital pass to Hadleigh Parkes.

Since then, however, Adams has scored two tries to put Wales in front.

I think James Davies has got off lightly there. The Wales flanker flaps a hand out to knock on Ben Volavola's no-look pass inside.

Referee Jerome Garces decides it was a legitmate attempt to intercept rather than a deliberate knock-on.

Just a scrum for Fiji rather than the penalty they want. They are 30m out from the Wales line.

Good composure, good patience from Wales. They had about five or six goes and then it was a natural overlap. A really well-worked try.

The momentum has certainly come with Wales now. That Fiji attack we saw for the first 15 minutes was absolutely brutal, but now momentum is with Wales and they are finishing this first half really strong.

    Josh Adams (con Biggar)

This time he is over and Frank Lomani and the video official can't stop him...

Wales knock on the front door with the battering ram, find they can't force a way through and so go for stealth and the side entrance.

Quick hands from Jonathan Davies and Josh Adams is round the outside of the under-staffed Fiji defence and into the corner.

Fiji's defence has been furious and fierce.

But it has been a little over-eager though. After repeated infringements and numerous warnings, Fiji's Semi Kunatani pays the price and is taking a 10-minute sit-down.

This is the sort of call you need Wimbledon's HawkEye system for.

It is a matter of milimetres, but Frank Lomani's superb hit has done just enough to force Josh Adams into touch.

If they were a little bit more patient a penalty try would have been awarded - you would rather that because you get the conversion. Fiji look all over the place.

Perhaps Wales' players are just born showmen.

I'm sure Warren Gatland would have wanted a calmer, more one-sided affair but yet again his Wales side are playing their part in a thrilling World Cup match.

They've got some way to live up to their classic against Australia, but this is a start.
