Andrew Priestley: I’ve lost count of the number of times I have watched Ben Smith cut a brilliant incisive inside line like that in a black shirt. A Rolls Royce of a player.

Wales have tried a ruck in their 22, New Zealand have had a counter-ruck and pinched it back. Ben Smith - what a hell of a finisher he has been in his career - ball has gone wide, he's stepped off his left foot, straight through and it's just like a tunnel.

Huge, huge win at the ruck from Brodie Retallick and that puts Wales on the back foot.

New Zealand shift it left to find Ben Smith marauding off his wing and the All Blacks flyer burrows forward with red jerseys hanging off him to somehow touch down over the line.

    Such power from the wing.

Richie Mo'unga tags on the extras.

Owen Lane is known by some in the Wales squad as 'The Lane Train'.

The Cardiff Blues wing would rather be known as 'Laney' but he certainly looked like a runaway train struggling to find its brakes as he hurtled past Beauden Barrett there in an attempt to tackle the All Blacks full-back.

Gavin Barrett: Patchell on top form in this first half, we look a different side to last week. Quick ball, playing with pace and a huge threat in attack.

A quick tap-and-go from Tomos Williams. He's in the mood to run the ball wherever he gets it.

Plenty in the scrum-half's armoury, though, mixing it up from the next ruck with a deep box kick.

It finds the one man you don't want to find, Beauden Barrett stepping away from his man and running it back at pace.

Wales are entering into it with some really positive intent. We have got a game on our hands. It looked ominous when New Zealand scored those two tries early on but since then Wales have given as good as they've got.

Wales set the line-out position again, just shy of the New Zealand whitewash.

This one is recycled much quicker as Owen Watkin carries on at pace. That'll be another Welsh penalty, this time six or seven metres short...

Good try by Wales. Very patient in their build-up. Thought they were going to waste it by just keep going round from the rucks but they have come to this left-hand side. Crotty was all over the place defensively. Hallam Amos, a little show and go, goes over for Wales' first try. Good effort.

    And they're over!

Phase after phase after phase on the New Zealand line for Wales, before Warren Gatland's side switch it up and fling it wide left through hands at pace.

Hallam Amos stands up his man, dummies a pass to his winger and just canters over himself. Lovely stuff.

Rhys Patchell jabs over the conversion.

    That maul is going nowhere.

Justin Tipuric collects at close range, head down like a rhino as he barges his way into the All Blacks line.

Wales are close, but can't find a route through. Ross Moriarty has a dig, before it's swung wide to Rhys Patchell and the fly-half is gobbled up.
