Martin: Come on England, make us proud. An opportunity to be world champions in two of our highest-profile sports in one year. Might never happen again.

Nathan: Maybe a good omen. It took us 12 years to avenge our 1991 final to defeat to Australia in 2003. We lost to South Africa in the 2007 final... Come on boys!

There is rugby royalty everywhere and it smells like a World Cup final.

When I got pitch side there was a smell that took me back 16 years in a blink, to walking out in a final.

Traffic? Tactics? Or just fashionably late?

It is going to attritional/physical/combat at close quarters. Different synomns for the similar predictions.

Even Springbok Rassie Erasmus has been saying that he expects a low-scoring game with more heavy collisions than large-scale points scoring.

But a little over a year ago, these two teams played out a rollicking ten-try thriller at Ellis Park.

England raced into a 24-3 lead. But South Africa, guided by scrum-half Faf de Klerk in his first international start in two years, roared back to take the spoils.

Five tries each by the end with Mike Brown, Elliot Daly, Owen Farrell, Maro Itoje and Jonny May all crossing for England.

This is Dan. His friends dared him to wear full kit for the quarter-final, so he did.

But then he decided if he didn't wear full kit for the semi-final and final too, England would lose. So here he is!

Great bum bag. It's all in the accessories.

"It's one of the things that I'm grateful about, playing rugby, that we can do things like this for our family members," he said.

For 80 minutes, from 09:00 GMT, Siya Kolisi will be the single most important person in South Africa. Maybe the most remarkable thing is how he carries that burden - he seems to relish it, and he's clearly a huge inspiration to all his team-mates.

He's been a very good player in a very good Springboks team.

Tom is too modest to mention it, but he has written an excellent feature on Kolisi's extraordinary story.

Wing Cheslin Kolbe has recovered from an ankle injury to take his place in the South Africa side to face England in Saturday's Rugby World Cup final.

The 26-year-old was replaced by Sbu Nkosi for the Springboks' semi-final win over Wales, but comes straight back into the starting line-up.

That is the only change to the starting XV with Mbongeni Mbonambi retaining his place at hooker ahead of Malcolm Marx, and Sale-bound Lood de Jager starting alongside Eben Etzebeth in the second row.

South Africa: Le Roux; Kolbe, Am, De Allende, Mapimpi; Pollard, De Klerk; Mtawarira, Mbonambi, Malherbe, Etzebeth, De Jager, Kolisi (capt), Du Toit, Vermeulen.

England have named an unchanged team in the wake of their superb semi-final victory over New Zealand with captain Owen Farrell, leading try-scorer Jonny May and prop Kyle Sinckler all passed fit after picking up knocks.

Farrell stays at inside centre with George Ford once again picked at fly-half, while scrum-half Ben Spencer is on the bench after flying out last weekend as emergency cover following an injury to Willi Heinz.

Legendary South African World Cup-winning captain Francois Pienaar has been on BBC Radio 5 Live talking about his 2019 counterpart, Siya Kolisi:

"What a story. He comes from a very, very poor township. Incredibly nice man, a humble guy, I'm a big fan. His dad flew overseas for the first time in his life to come and watch his son, they took him to Disneyworld! You can imagine the emotion in that family. Our president jumped on a jet last night with a number six Springbok jersey on.

"It'll be bigger than 1995 and will unite the country even more because we've got more black supporters than we've ever had. Because of the victory and Mr Mandela, a lot more black people started watching and playing rugby. It's going to be very special today and very emotional too. Hopefully Kolisi's calm, I think he will be."
